Why is six afraid of seven?
Because seven sees the fate of the universe as a game of chess that must be won, no matter the cost, going as far as to manipulate people, even those he loves, to carry out what he deems morally wrong but ultimately necessary, and even seems to enjoy it at times. Six pretends to be, at most, annoyed by seven, but in actuality, he is absolutely terrified at what he will and must become. And that is why six is afraid of seven.
this is why. the cannibalism bs was a front all along.Ā
Old Faithful at sunrise.Ā
I was quite stumped how to compose this one, although I do like the effect of only part of the steam being sunlit. Landscapes and panoramas are definitely my weakest point. All the same it was a very special sight.Ā
Any thoughts and advice is more than welcome.Ā
Note: Some of these exercises will produce bad writing. Thatās fine. These are not guidelines of things you should do to every (or any) piece you write. They are just nifty little activities to try.
Writers fall into habits. We use the same words over and over, or repeat the same techniques....
I might try some of these.. reblogging so I can find it again laterĀ
I have been waiting for this little guy to come back on my dash. He dances in sync with any music you play!
Heās dancing to Carry On My Wayward Son. Itās surreal.
Literally sat here going through my entire playlist. Holy shit.
This is way too much fun... And I have so many kinds of music.Ā

I think all of our positivity levels need to be more like Mikeās.
Fairy falls at Yellowstone National Park. Hiked from Old Faithful to Mystic Falls, then took the Fairy Creek Trail to the falls, and then it was a short ways back to the road, hitchhiked back to Old Faithful, 17 miles total on foot. All in all an supremely awesome day.Ā
I could have taken more pictures, and tried to make them better; but some memories I don't need picture of to have forever, some stories I am content to treasure in my heart. The intense realness of nature and the uniqueness of the landscape will be with me forever - he effort of dragging my not-really-in-shape body over those hills for all those miles will ensure it. Ā
I dunno⦠I still think little kids are evil and dangerous no matter how you raise them. Frankly, they scare me and Iām not opposed to banning children across the world outright. Maybe we should just stick to cats and dogs after all, theyāre much safer, more loyal, less expensive and just all around better.
I'm a little afraid for that poor dog. You can never know what a kid will do next.Ā
this whole notion that guys who wear pink are suddenly feminine is so ridiculous. women arenāt portrayed as manly if they wear blue??? it reminds me of this quote i once read by gwen sharp, āFemininity is depicted as weakness, the sapping of strength, yet masculinity is so fragile that apparently even the slightest brush with the feminine destroys it.ā
I've noticed thisĀ
Probably one of the best love stories around.Ā
I donāt write for the sake of writing; actually writing in and of itself is kind of a pain and I hate having to worry about grammar, showing vs telling, passive voice and even punctuation.
I donāt take pictures for the sake of taking pictures either. I love my camera, she is probably my dearestā¦
Ever thought about being, like, a speaker? You could tell stories to groups and such.
That's a pretty brilliant way of looking at things. I've never thought of that or had it suggested to me before. Speaking does have its own ups and downs, but I would try it given the opportunity and a good enough story.Ā

I don't take pictures for the sake of taking pictures either. I love my camera, she is probably my dearest friend on this earth but so many of the technical aspects of photography frustrate and annoy me.Ā
I am a story teller. The frustrations of writing and photography are worth it to me when there is something to say. I can only hope the things I try to say are worth the effort.Ā

Really super interesting. Mine worked out, for most, and those that didn't are explained by where my mom grew up. Ā
