Right?! Intuitive eating solves this. I'm trying to cut sugar using concept from Intuitive Eating. Read at raesaysblog.wordpress.com
Yummy fruit
Fruit makes the best snack! It helps curb your sugar craving raesaysblog.wordpress.com
Yes, itâs possible to lose tons of weight fast. Is it sustainable? No
Itâs not a diet, itâs a lifestyle:

So true!

Can I live here? I'd just go for walks, drink tea, and cross stitch all day.
Pretty much sums up my trip to Washington state and Olympic National Park earlier this month. Driving, rain, and freakinâ beautiful scenery. That and falling in love my 25mm Zeiss CP.2 lens at 6k.
Love it so much
lessons arenât so bad when you get to melt stuff
My Refined Sugary Friends
Without fail  every morning  a double Cup of Coffee is religiously devoured, devilishly laced with 5 sugars, it serves to wash down an ultra rich sticky chocolate muffin groaning under the weight of at least a thousand calories. Aoife and Debbie are there to administer regular doses to  this chronic sugar addicts daily thirst and hunger for all things sweet.
Impatiently waiting in line , I flash a grimacing smile to the patient ladies , whilst murmuring âtake your time but hurry upâ. Licking my lips and repeatedly gulping as my sugar fix  time draws near. Twenty minutes of sky high flying on that sweet sweet rush of sugary bliss, is  routinely followed by an abrupt, sharp, rapid decelerating mood altering,  terrifying  free- fall descent into tiredness, teeth grinding gnashing headaches and  twitchy- jittery uneasy grouchiness.
Days earlier my dentist  was strongly lecturing me upon the perils of sugar and like all addicts I lied through my disintegrating teeth whilst replying â yes  sir that stuff is a silent deadly  refined killerâ. I proceeded to âregurgitateâ  snippets of information gleaned from an healthy living and  eating lecture delivered by an infamous cigarette âtokingâ Lecturer in the hallowed classrooms of DIT Mountjoy. My dentist laughed, as I eloquently listed the dangers of sugar such as  heart disease diabetes and stroke, as he took  one cursory glance inside my enamel emaciated mouth. I am sure his drill went a tad deeper as his laughing âsniggeringâ  condemnation made its nerve wrecking point.
On a more serious note sugar, diabetes, obesity, heart disease, sickness and death have long since reached epidemic proportions in every western country and it is  spreading to Asian Countries. No longer do I need to look to the USA to witness obese people devouring epic mountainous portions of all things sweet.  The rate of knots that my  rapidly bulging âHomer Simpsonâexpanding stomach is testimony to the fact that I too have become a slave to all things sweet.  Like smoking each hit of a dose of sugar simply sets me up for the endless cycle of yet another fix. The ludicrous thing is that I cannot claim ignorance of the facts, or lack of affordable healthy choices. I must try decline my refined sweet comforting fattening  old friend. Tomorrow Tomorrow I will gladly begin my sugar divorced life  Tomorrow, i delude myself whilst munching down  double chocolate chip cookies.
Totally agree with you. I think it's all about letting yourself have a treat every once in a while but stopping with the daily habit. I'm currently trying to do so! It's so tough. Good luck to you too!
Like everyone else on this planet (except one person I know, who I feel sorry for to look back as I often put them in a situation they had to have it with me) I am a sucker of that addictive substance, namely sugar. Up until the age of seven or so, I didnât accept any kind of sugary sweets, instead I was obsessed with red pepper rice crackers that supposed to be had with beer (I still am). Very mature kid right? My sugar obsession probably kicked off in my secondary school days, oh such stressful days. I could have had several mars bars at the same time although I had ever been neither a sporty kid nor overweight (rather, I usually get anxious for being lightweight and not having healthy amount of muscles). I still consume substantial amount of sugary food everyday. Taking an example of todayâs menu, I had a full packet of chocolate digestives and a cup of hot chocolate. It never seems to affect my weight so I feel they are necessity for preparation for my binge essay writings, in which I usually just forget drinking or eating until I finish or stop functioning. However, there indeed is a worrying aspect, too. My biological father has type 2 diabetes and hence I am subject to be so in the future more easily than other people.
I seriously just wrote about this exact same thing!! So crazy. I have the same problem. I literally just made my own blog about this so I could make myself more accountable and stop eating so much sugar. It's so hard!!
I am cutting out sugar from now on.
This will help me on my journey to thin.
Me too!! I've found its easier to phase it out than cut it all at once
I have a job interview next week.
I am both excited and feeling quite anxious about it (as is my standard reaction to job interviews).
But for now, I enjoy my friday night by making soup and eat green tea ice cream.
Green tea ice cream is the best!!!
@www-tumblr-com-iris đ I thought of you. You know why, donât you?
Desserts, I will stop being addicted one day soon! Week 1 of eating less sugar now up on the blog. Raesaysblog.wordpress.com
HONESTLY this is the best thing you can do for natural weight loss. Eat your food slowly, savor it, drink water with your meal, and stop eating when your full! If you have food left on your plate, save it for later.Â
These are the types of concepts I will be talking about on my blog: raesaysblog.wordpress.com
Itâs all about finding food that fills and satisfies. I love throwing some frozen berries into some yogurt. raesaysblog.wordpress.com
Dieting will never work long term. Itâs all about slow and steady change. raesaysblog.wordpress.com
