for fanfic reasons, the other day, I started thinking about shinigami resumés and what's on them. Polynya, you say, shinigami do not have fucking resumés. a) of all, you're wrong. b) have you seen how much paperwork they do? and c) this is my blog so just humor me
So! What's in 'em?? I mean, the job experience part is obvious--which squad you were in, what seats you held, etc. But what else might there be?
Education: Mostly, everyone just puts Shin'ou, but you can put your graduation year and rankings. Also, not everyone goes to Shin'ou, it's implied that nobles may get private educations which may just be individual tutors or small, elite schools.
Certifications: I feel in my heart that there should be kidou certifications that one is required to pass before you are allowed to use kidou above a certain level in the field. I mean, it's bad enough that Renji occasionally blows himself up trying to do a shakkahou. I feel like you could do major damage to yourself and others by fucking up higher level kidou. It also seems like you might be certified for doing things like casting tenteikura (the all-staff email kidou). I also think that Squad 4 has a system of medical certifications and Squad 12 may have something similar for using various pieces of equipment.
Important Battles: It's sort of implied throughout canon Bleach and I think Kubo said it in a Klub answer or something that prior to the whole Ichigo thing, Soul Society has basically been at peace for a long period of time. On the other hand, there are people who have been around long enough to have taken part in important events. Furthermore, after the Winter War, I feel like it would be legit to add a bullet for Fake Karakuratown Action: Pillar Successfully Guarded or whatnot.
Achievements: Konsoued 100 souls? Killed 100 Hollows? Killed a Huge Hollow? Bowled over 12 Menos in a row with your bankai? Bested the Dangai cleaner?
Rankings: I feel like zanjutsu and hakuda probably have a dan ranking system? I mean, mostly zanpakutou moves that are custom the user, but I think that for Joe Shinigami, there's a standard set of moves you are supposed to know.
Hohou proficiencies: 99% of the hohou we see anyone use in Bleach is just shunpou, but I maintain there are a suite of movement techniques for traveling over distances, stealth movement, etc, and you could list the ones you know. You can also list your shunpo speed, which is the shinigami equivalent to your typing wpm.
Shikai/Bankai, if achieved. (you do not have to say what it does)

Major enemies defeated in one-on-one combat: I feel like this one is kind of self explanatory.
Competitions: Shinigami love contests, you know there are various tournaments and events you can compete in. Tournament of Blood, Demons Arts Classic, etc.
Skills/Experience: Can hack senkaimon records with a soul pager. Good with Hell Butterflies. Good penmanship. Scrummaster. The usual.
Clubs: You know. For well-roundedness.
