hey yall! throwing my hat into the ring here as another amrev blog. you can call me aj, and this is a sideblog from my old creaky account that i never use lol.

i’ve been interested in early american history and the revolutionary war era since i can remember and the 250th anniversary of the revolution has inspired me to finally create this blog! since i now live in new england, i'm closer than ever to all the history i've read about for years. i’m gonna get out and see as much as i can in the real world, but for now i wanted to just meet some of y’all on here and see if i can make some friends with the same passion. can’t wait to talk with you!

MAGGIE'S BOOK MAGGIE'S BOOK MAGGIE'S BOOK I have never seen @maggiec70 's book in the wild before so - THAT ONE And then the rest of 'em, one by one, until you are done. Delderfield's Marshals is a good read, but not entirely accurate but still - it'll hook ya.

Just essentially the entire damn section you got here - work from top to bottom. There are so many good titles in there that I'm low-key jealous. XD Definitely the Murat and the Ney but also Maggie's book first. Herold is a good choice too - he is a fairly decent author. His Campaign of Egypt is one of my treasures.

I love the idea of "kiss carrier Laurens" :) This is dedicated to @nerenight - who wrote this wonderful Laurens-centric chapter for me for an art trade!
