I have failed⌠I am back at square 1âŚ
So⌠I have been keeping something from you all⌠behind all of my post and comments and everythingâŚ. I have been doing myself nothing but harm⌠the kind of harm that can cut my life short by way to many yearsâŚ. and itâs time to say⌠enough is enoughâŚ
I am back at 334.5lbsâŚ. I was down to 318âŚ. I hate myself right now for letting myself get back to where I wasâŚ.
I have been eating junk, drinking junk, not doing anything, and feeling sorry for myselfâŚ. I have been a lot less happy recently too, a lot more depressed and feeling crummyâŚ

OK so Breakfast looks small but itâs very filling. Eating ½ cup of almonds in the morning is no easy task. I usually eat macadamia nuts, but almonds are way cheaper and easier to buy in bulk. They can be raw or dry roasted, salted or not salted, it doesnât make too much of a difference.
Eggs are always cheap - and filling.
I included a couple of options for lunch depending on whatâs on sale. Be smart with the lunch meat choice. When in doubt, always chose smoked⌠honey has sugar. You can also go for more quality deli lunch meat depending on budget. Tuna is the same - get what you can, or opt for higher quality.
For dinner there are a lot of choices depending on what is on sale. As far as the butter is concerned, I know many tell you to only go for the Organic/Grass Fed/Kerry Gold stuff, but you could also get organic store brand butter, or⌠you know, just BUTTER! The same can be said about salad dressings - sometimes the only thing I have in the house is the kidsâ basic Hidden Valley Ranch. 2tbsp of dressing is not going to kill you⌠just make sure youâre reading labels, checking carbs, and not buying anything that says âliteâ or âfat freeâ and youâll be fine.

Think about this for a second. What is 90 days out of the sum of your total life? Itâs nothing compared to all the time weâve wasted on things that bring no value to our lives.
Itâs three months of a little extra effort, a little less time out of your social life, and a little more hard work. You can make amazing changes in 90 days, and you can be a whole new person by summer.

Ok boys and girls, todayâs word of the day is Sleep Hygiene, and like most people. Yours probably sucks! Odds are youâre not regularly getting the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep each night. The key word being REGULARLY. Yo-yo sleep patterns of no sleep one night and 12 hours the next night because you crash do fucking count. So here are a few simple tips to help you improve your sleep hygiene, and improve your recovery. All the gym gains need a little help to grow. . Hydrate or die! Drinking water and keeping your little muscle taxi hydrated helps aid sleep. . Thereâs a wonderful liquid called coffee and it saves lives daily, but you you shouldnât drink it before bed. Keep the caffeine intake to a minimum and you should probably stop between noon - 3pm. . Do you know why cavemen slept in caves, besides providing protection and a cool place to drag back chicks? It was dark! Help your bodyâs natural desire to sleep in the dark by removing any distractions in your bedroom. Take some tape and cover all the little lights. . I love the fact youâre reading this post and I really hope this helps you sleep, but your phone is keeping you awake. Turn off your phone, the computer, and the tv at least an hour prior to bed. If your that much of a electronics junkie look into blue lights blocking lights. . âMake our tribe strongerâ
