BSD Chapter 95

"At the Airport Part 4.1"

To be honest, I have not been this excited for months, because a certain someone has made a comeback, finally!!

Neither English nor Japanese is my native language, so I may make some mistakes here and there. Please let me know if you find any :3 Be especially gentle with me this month because I'm super high right now haha XDD

SPOILERS AHEAD

- The ADA has failed to stop Fukuchi from getting One Order. After hearing Kunikida's report, Ranpo thinks about how Fyodor could control what is happening outside even when he is locked underground, and he comes to the conclusion that the reason they lost is because they couldn't get rid of Fyodor.

- Back to Fukuchi, he got One Order in his hand but he can't open it. One Order is locked by some kind of dimensional severance ability, so it cannot be opened by force. He wonders who was behind that, and we see a flashback of Dazai in the next panel.

- The scene changes to 11 hours ago, where Ango is talking on the phone with the Prime Minister, explaining to him about the situation. He asked the PM to make a request to the United Nation, to "remove the seal on One Order only when the army of vampires, that has remained quiet till now, makes its move." Which means, he wants the Europeans to wait till the last minute to unseal One Order. Ango believes that it is possible to ask for that, because the Europeans sure are not happy about handing One Order to a mere soldier of another country, even if he might be a "hero". The PM agrees but wants to confirm if Taneda, as a director of the Special Division for Unusual Powers, has agreed to that request. Ango looks to Taneda who is still unconscious, and recalls that Dazai has told him to just lie here, then he confirms through the phone that Taneda has regained consciousness and he himself is just a liaison. After getting off the phone, Ango sighs thinking how he would be fired or considered a political criminal if Taneda never wakes up. He looks at Dazai's photo on the file, saying he is an horrible person.

- Back to Anne's room, Ranpo is relieved because Dazai's plan worked, but it doesn't change the fact that One Order was already stolen. He knows Fyodor is too dangerous of a guy, and that the only one who can deal with Fyodor now is Dazai, who is locked in the same cell with him. And whoever of them being able to eliminate the opponent first will decide the outcome of this war.

- Meanwhile, someone was seen breaking into the prison where Dazai and Fyodor are being locked up, and killed off a whole counter-ability unit. Dazai and Fyodor, at the same time, are having their meal. Dazai has no salt in this table so he asks Fyodor to pass it to him. Fyodor throws him the salt bottle but it doesn't get through the glass. Fyodor, in return, asks Dazai to give him some egg. Dazai throws him one, but it hits the glass and breaks. They look at each other for a moment, and Dazai starts rolling on his bed saying he got tired of the place, and that it was fun at first but they have almost run out of topic to chit chat. He tells Fyodor, maybe its almost time to do "that". When asked by Fyodor what "that" means, Dazai turns back and say it's time for one of them to die. Fyodor tells him that's a wonderful idea. And Dazai agrees, because it would be so ironic if the world outside is ending, and the two of them end up being the only ones alive.

- Fyodor says he totally agrees with that, and that it's his time to jailbreak. Then he disappears. Dazai turns around and finds that Fyodor was gone. He is just thinking how fast Fyodor acts, when a hole suddenly opens up under his feet, and he falls down to another room somewhere. Then, Gogol appears, together with Sigma, saying the trick to go through the box has been successful.

The chapter ends here. Can't wait for next month's chapter already!
