Is Lucius Malfoy really a coward???

First I don’t think he was really a coward ,during the battle of hogwarts he begging Voldemort to stop the wars just for his son safety life and less of people gonna dare do that !! He was begging in front of Lord frikkingg Voldemort!! If it was you ,are you gonna do that??he did just for his sonnn !! like damn just like narcissa lied in front of Voldemort and in front load of death eaters ,and yet they both ran wandless through the battle of hogwarts and both sides hate them already 1.Lucius was the most hated death eaters now 2.Voldemort knew that narcissa lied in front of him 3.the another side also hate them because they still think that they are Voldemort’s slave or something like that but they were both just wanted to continue find their son !! and screaming just for their son !!! Their love are making them NOT a coward and Lucius really did just for protecting his family ,He really loves his family !! ,especially for Draco and Narcissa.

Canon Couples and the Random Heights I Assigned Them

Just because I recently re-read this post and it's on my mind. Here's what I think these canon couples' final heights came to be and some justifications behind my thought process, as well as some headcanons. Let's start with my OTP -

Harry (6'1") and Ginny (5'0")

I'm kinda obsessed with the idea that 17yo Harry being the same height as his 21yo deceased father would grow just a couple more inches

Ginny being 5ft fits with her being the noticeably "smallest one" in the DoM during OOTP and with Harry being able to easily look over her head during the infamous First Kiss scene in HBP, putting her head at chest height of Harry (as of HBP)

Ginny is the only one who knows about Harry's petty satisfaction when he ran into Draco Malfoy some years after the war and realized he had continued to grow and Malfoy hadn't

James (5'11") and Lily (5'8")

Because they're both tall enough to be considered "tall", but not the kind of tall that is shocking

Lily being 5'8" makes her tall enough to have to look down at 14yo Harry in the graveyard scene of GOF

Ron (6'5") and Hermione (5'8")

In order for Fred and George to be "shorter and stockier" than 14yo Ron, but still slightly over 6ft so as to shrink to 5'11" in DH, I have to assume Ron's final height came to be one that most people would put in the "Holy shit you're tall" category

I know I'm going to get shouted at for Hermione's height, because she's never described as particularly tall in the books HOWEVER she's never described as particularly short either, just shorter than Harry

This 9 inch height difference give Ron & Hermione the perfect height difference for Ron to comfortably rest his chin on her head without having to hunch over awkwardly like Harry does with Ginny, so I'm sticking to it

Arthur (5'11") and Molly (4'11")

I know the movies made Arthur short and round, but he was described as thin in the books and all the Weasley boys wind up being pretty tall, so they had to get that from somewhere.

Molly is consistently described as short and dumpy throughout the series, and while Ginny is often compared to Molly physically, I just like the idea that Ginny managed to grow that extra inch that Molly never did.

Draco (6'0") and Astoria (5'11")

we know in DH Draco was slightly taller than Harry at the Malfoy Manor scene (p.457, U.S. edition of DH), so if we assume the like linked post above that Harry was 5'11" during DH, then I'd put Draco at 6 foot.

we literally know nothing about Astoria (CC doesn't count), but I picked 5'11" because it is the curse of all tall women to wind up with men roughly the same height

Lucius (5'10") and Narcissa (5'10")

we know Harry and Narcissa are the same height in HBP, so I put her at 5'10"

correct me if I'm wrong, but Lucius is never described as particularly tall, while Narcissa is. And of course, tall for a woman is average for a man. I put Lucius to be around around the same height as Narcissa because I just don't see Lucius' personality allowing him to be with a woman taller than himself.

I'm not hating, Joker doesn't hate Harley, he just doesn't treat her right. But then again, I get these things that he "loves her in his own way". I don't really get that?

thatwell, it’s because joker is a complete psychopaths and people like that can’t express love like a sane person. Joker does love Harley, but he doesn’t know how to show it and it scares him. So sometimes he is cruel to her and it is awful but he is a villain he isn’t going to be prince charming.

Here are some examples of joker loving harley in his own way

Joker actually carried around a napkin harley kissed and signed 

Joker wrote he loves her on this picture of them

here is joker holding harley while crying. This really shows how much he trusts her and is willing to show his vulnerable side to her 

This is joker holding Harley while crying. It’s really obvious how much he cares for her here, his facial expression is filled with sadness and almost compassion. Which is something that joker never feels, expect for when it comes to harley. He is just holding her letting her cry.

oh and i think this one speaks for itself 

This is my favorite moment between them.So here joker has his own personal reasons for wanting to destroy the universe, finishing with the revelation that in a new blank universe people like him will never come into existence. So instead of fucking with her in her last moments or being a total ass, he gently kisses her and turns her into fucking stars finally acknowledging how much she does mean to him, Omg I’m gonna cry 

 and here are some quotes from Paul Dini, mark Hamill and Arleen Sorkin

Why I ship Jarley more than Harlivy ?

I know they’re toxic and abusive but harlivy also too? doesn’t it? Ivy extremely abusive harley and called her stupid and pathetic because she really thinks she is.but Joker called her only when he get mad but he wasn’t really think she is. I know he is insane and psychopath but the person who’s understand Harley the most is Joker ,in the comics they have been married in Batman : the white knight also have been in the relationship for many years ,There are many evidence to proof that Joker really loves Harley even Paul Dini ,the producer and the creator of Harley Quinn and DC comics also said Joker loves Harley and he’s also Jarley shippers and his comics proves Mr. J clearly cares and loves Harley back... Their relationship was not like "omg my poor Harley, joker always treats her bad and abused her !!!". Harley was always a bad and mad person even before joker and she also abusive him.Joker didn't manipulate her at all he knew she was mad like him and they're meant for each other. yes im not ashamed of it at all. they look good together and they complete each other in my perspective ,the Joker also told his feelings with Harley but later he sent her off on a rocket because he couldn’t accept his feelings ,But he is the Joker. He doesn’t understand what he is feeling. He is scared of what he is feeling. He wanted those feelings to stop, so he made the decision to kill her. So he does love her in his own way. Yeah I admit that he uses her and always left her behind but he always wants harley to come back ,there was the scene that Harley in the Arkham and the Joker always wanted her to come back ,he invest to hire fake harley to remind him of harley and he also said that he miss the real one(the real harley quinn). if he doesn’t love her why he doesn’t hire new henchgirl instead of fake Harley to remind him ?? I always love 90’s Harley and Joker but NOT the new of them.

i've become so obsessed with lucissa lately because they're just so goddamn perfect yall

their devotion and love for each other gives me butterflies especially narcissa's protectiveness over lucius. she literally snapped at bellatrix and came at harry fricking potter because they insulted her beloved husband.

and i love how lucius sought approval from her when voldermort asked for his wand. this man was ordered by the devil himself to give up his wand but he still looked over to his wife for approval. like uhm i love that so much???? i got upset that they didn't put it in the movies especially the part where she reaches for his wrist because it shows more about them and their relationship y'know????

and the whole spoiling draco and babying him makes a lot of sense since i found out its canon that they wanted a big family with a heck load of kids to spoil but she had a lot of miscarriages and just settled with only draco. you can kind of see why narcissa spoils him so much and why lucius is so protective of him. he's the only child they have so of course they cherish his existence so much.

and i like to imagine that they were the fashion icons of the wizarding world because uhm have you seen them???

lucius is such an asshole to everyone and treats people like they're below him but he's such a gentle and attentive husband who buys his wife gifts all the time, showers her with morning kisses or brings her tea every morning, who loves and cherishes his wife so much that he can't even imagine life without her.

narcissa is this cold, arrogant lady who doesn't give a damn about anyone but her family. she would do whatever it takes to make sure that her husband and son are with her. dude she even lied to friggin voldermort just so she could know if her son was alive. she lied and deceived the ministry into believing her husband was under the imperius curse just so he could be free and be there with her to raise their son after the first war.

everything about them as people in general is fvcked up they are definitely not good people but ohmygod they're such a beautiful couple its sad we didn't get to see much interaction between them in the movies because i would've definitely loved them.

Draco Malfoy was not some poor, misunderstood cinnamon roll. He wasn’t abused by his father and adored Lucius. Lucius’s love for his family is the only good thing about him. Draco was not forced to become a Deatheater, he was honoured to do it. It was only when he realised how impossible his task was and how ruthless Voldemort was that he had doubts, and even that didn’t stop him from being a coward. He was a good father in Cursed Child, but like Rowling said, there’s no heart of gold in there.
