I've made this post to better summarize all cover art findings!
We have been able to find cover art for volumes 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12 and 14.
Some of the images even have layers, and I'll put all of them after the cut, or in a reblog.

All J-POP Direct numbers available online [35-144] have been uploaded on the internet archive at this link. They were all originally hosted on the official website.
Volume 1 parts come from JPOP Direct 41, found by @kyregcy on Tumblr.
Volume 2 parts come from JPOP Direct 46 and 47, found by @kyregcy on Tumblr. Some pieces were stitched from the official cover. The alternative art was found on danbooru at this link.
Volume 3 parts come from JPOP Direct 51.
Volume 4 parts come from JPOP Direct 49.
Volume 6 parts come from JPOP Direct 63.
Volume 7 parts come from JPOP Direct 76.
Volume 8 parts come from JPOP Direct 82. Some pieces were stitched from the official cover.
Volume 10 parts come from JPOP Direct 106.
Volume 11 parts come from JPOP Direct 111.
