On Gael Targaryen:
I know there's a lot of mystery around Gael Targaryen's death and the true reason of it and the whole cover-up that happened, and I've seen some people that think that Daemon was the one who got her pregnant and while I agree that Daemon is a groomer and a war criminal, I believe that the time in which it happened disproves the theory, because when Gael fell pregnant Daemon was 16-17, sure he was spirited, sure he was impulsive, sure he had a dragon and a legacy sword, but 16-17 year old Daemon Targaryen was not the 20 something Daemon Targaryen that we see in the future interacting with Rhaenyra and Laena. For starters, I firmly believe that at the time when Gael's pregnancy happened, Daemon, while a prince, didn't have the political power/protections that he had after Alysanne, Baelon and Jaehaerys died, I believe that Alysanne herself would've fed Daemon to Silverwing if he had tried something with Gael. Also, I do not think that his marriage to Rhea was to keep Daemon apart from Gael. If you think about it, his marriage to Rhea (out of all the marriages that Alysanne tried to arrange) is actually one that makes sense because at the time Baelon was heir and was alive, Viserys was Baelon's heir and Aemma was pregnant, Daemon had literally no place in the line of succession, no lands, no money other than the stipend the crown would give him, and sure he had a dragon and dark sister, but thats it, instead, Alysanne got him married to a highborn lady that came with her own castle and lands, so she did try to place him somewhere befitting of his station and where he could have things, unfortunately I believe it was badly handled. Anywho, back to Gael, if anything, and by all we know of Daemon, I believe that he saw very little of Gael. Aemon died in 92, Baelon is made Prince of Dragonstone, you would think that he took his sons or at least Daemon who was the youngest and moved to Dragonstone since he was not holding any office in his father's small council, so it is possible that from 92 to 97, Daemon lived in Dragonstone while Gael was with Alysanne in the Red Keep. Also, had Daemon managed to get Gael with a child that was his? I believe that he would've taken her and eloped to Pentos or something, because Daemon believed in Valyrian supremacy and had Gael lost a child that would've been his, we would've known somehow in the narrative because say what you want about Daemon, but he was, for the time and the story, one of the half decent fathers of Westeros and he was prideful about his progeny and a child with the blood of the dragon would've made him insufferable at the time. So yeah, this is the main reason why I don't really believe Daemon had anything to do with what happened to Gael. Do I believe a random singer knocked her up? no. Do I believe Daemon did it? also no.
