Hey guys, I've recovered. I have gained (too) much weight (in my opinion😅) but then I started to avoid sugar & I don't mean like sugar in fruits or something like that. NO! I mean there are are so many foodstuffs that have added sugar in it for example sandwiches, toastbread, saladsauce, yoghurt (fruit varieties). AND U KNOW WHAT it doesn't need to be in there, there are breads without sugar & u won't taste the difference (I swear), you can eat nature (?) yoghurt which has 0 sugar added. If you make a saladsauce at home I think (or we don't do it) you won't put sugar in it. Everything is allowed as long it has naturally sugar in it, not added (so means no chocolate and all sweet stuff! But Nuts or some types of crisps).
I'm doing this almost 2 weeks now & I swear to you(!!) I didn't even feel the need for candy. I feel so much better & I can taste the sweet soooo much better, I always thought nature yoghurt is sour but it isn't actually it's a little bit sweet (just a really tiny bit). I drink sugarfree drinks (as always bc I have diabetes😂) but nothing with sugar/dextrose/honey or other sweetner stuff in it.

If you eat like this you're going to lose weight (not that fast). I've started 2 weeks ago & I've lost 1.5kg (now:61.5kg) first pic was from 4h ago
