I'made not sure how this works, but I had a question about the Slaughterhouse Five cover art. What is the relevance of the imagery to the story? I live the graphics, but it's been a while since I read the book last.
Hi, sorry i’ve not used my tumblr for quite a while. There is a part of the book that talks about lady bugs trapped in amber, I believe its a paperweight of some sort. I believe it was a metaphor for being stuck in the moment.

I was wondering if you could give me any advice or tell me about your freshman experience. Im really nervous about making friends, and navigating San Francisco for the first time. Thanks : )
Hi, yeah I go to CCA I'm a junior in illustration. I looked at scad when I was applying to college and while it seemed cool I decided on cca because of the location and the amount of financial aid they gave me. I've been enjoying my time here more and more as I've gotten farther into illustration.The first year was good because you get to try everything before you decide what you want to do for sure.As for the Bay Area I guess I'm a little biased because I grew up here. It's a really amazing place for sure. SF is great and so is oakland and Berkeley and it's really easy to get into nature which is something that is important to me.I hope this helps, let me know if there's anything else you'd like to know.

A short comic for the poem "The men who don't fit in" by Robert W Service. I feel like this is a little over the top but its trying to prove the point that you really need to commit to something to get great at it.
Personally I think you should lead a life full of many different things before you choose just one, but I suppose if you really truly found your calling at an early age and didn't enjoy doing anything else then you might as well commit.
