Hey all, I’m back. Sorry about the hiatus, my dad ended up with Covid and life just became really stressful. It’s the new year so I’m gonna be coming back and hope everything goes better this time. 

Sorry for everyone I left hanging, I feel really crummy about that >_<

It’ll take me a bit of time because I have a lot of things to catch-up on in a lot of different places, but next week I will get back to this and catch-up with everyone and be around from now on.

New Plan

Time management is a b**ch, particularly when I now have a job as a tutor and still have my thesis to work on. Luckily life has settled down somewhat. New plan is to every Thursday, at least, log on for an hour and catch-up on everything, so hopefully I’ll be more regular and in synch, and can stop being such a sucky RPer.

Princess Cadance . I think if you give him a chance .He might seem happy ponies where nice to him. I feel if you show any pony kindness and love they might chance . You and the mane 6 just took his kinddom .You never tryed talking to him or see his of the things . There are allways two sides to every story. A as being the princess of love i think surely you can forgive him. Every pony sould be giveing a second chance . Besides he could help you he knows a lot about the kingdom .he could help you

“Of course I believe any pony can change, even Sombra, and I am willing to give him a chance...” she said, still looking somewhat regretful. “But it wasn’t as if he gave us any opportunity to speak to him, he was actively seeking to enslave the Crystal Ponies and attacking us from the moment he came back. I want to help him, I want to help any pony I can, but to do that they need to be willing to let me help them, to at least take that first step,”

The four Princesses looked at each other, before Celestia spoke: “It is our honour to host you, King David, but there is no need for such grand proclamations, we require no service or duty from you. We are intrigued, though, in the lands you represent, and would hope to facilitate open and friendly relations between our peoples,”

The strange grey pony might as well have declared war:

“Excuse me? Better than the Princess of Love? I think you and I need to have a long, hand’s on, experience with what qualifies for best butt!” Cadance pouted as Celestia quickly chimed in as well: “Luna’s butt is...quaint, perfectly fine if you’re into that sort of thing,” she added, in that backhanded compliment style she new so well.

“I DON’T EVEN CARE! WHY DOES THIS MATTER?!” A blushing, crimson, Princess of the Night exclaimed as Twilight simply watched her three seniors in confusion: “What is going on here?”

Is it just me, or does Luna have like a million kids accords the multiverse? Alicorns, dream ponies, unicorns... Enough to make my head hurt.

“That isn’t my fault! I’m not to blame for how randy my other universe selves are!” Luna protested, stomping her hooves on the ground, and trying to deny very hard that she had any of the same interests.

"Y-you know... I would always just ask the tailor to do the measurements..." Evening would comment with a blush.

“Oh, same, it’s so difficult finding a dress in Alicorn size too, isn’t it?” Cadance commiserated, nodding her head sagely.

“O-oh! W-welll...t-thank you!” Luna said, clearly a little unsure how to deal with attention like this, but grateful none the less.

“Uhhhhh...” Twilight was at a loss for words.

A single eyebrow lifted on Celestia’s face.

“One...” Luna began to count to ten.

“Thank you!” Cadance beamed!

“Apparently, her mother taught her some new magic and she wanted to test it out on some unfortunate soul.”

Evening admitted, shrugging a bit as she recalled the incident.

“Thankfully no pony was permanently harmed, but still… At least they won’t have to do another lecture on harassment in the workplace for a few weeks?”

She wasn’t about to go over the differences between Alicorns from Crossroads compared to the typical of what they found familiar just yet. Too much to handle.

“If it makes you feel any better, at least everypony doesn’t assume you sit behind a desk all day stamping forms and yelling.”

Cadance heaved a heavy sigh, her shoulders sagging as her eyes drooped, downcast.

“No, instead people just assume I sit around and look pretty and leave everything important to Shiny or Twily,” she muttered, bitterly.

“Considering that I tend to get treated more like a mysterious bogeypony that collects little ponies when they’ve been naughty… I wonder who is more worse off?” Evening would admit… partially preferring to be a ghost in the dark if only for the peace and quiet. At the same time… it was a bit lonely.

Cadance couldn’t help but scoff, self-pityingly musing: “At least people actually consider you as someone with agency! With me they basically just assume all I am is some pretty ornament!” She gave a sigh, haunches slouching somewhat.

“It doesn’t normally bother me that much...and I know it isn’t how everyone sees me but still...I sometimes wish I could be more adventurous, or renowned for something other than...well...” she vaguely gestured a hoof at her entire body.

Me, Myself and I

The Mirror crackled and sparked with magical power, the apparatus that Twilight had built about it spitting out arcane sparks and trails of mystical dust. For almost the past five minutes now the magical Mirror, which linked realms across space and time, had been aglow with power, but now it seemed, at last, Twilight could see something, or someone, pushing through.

Dusk, slowly began to step out of the mirror portal looking around the room at everything, finding he was standing in what looked like it was his lab before noticing twilight standing near by. “Um hello.”

“W-what...who?” Twilight marveled at the being, the pony, who stepped through her Mirror. The stallion was a pony she’d never met before, never known, yet on some level he felt...familiar to her, as if something about him was known to her.

“W-who are you? How did you...are you from Canterlot High?” Was her first assumption, after all that Mirror had already before sent people from there through to Equestria, changing them into Ponies when it did so.

Diplomatic Meeting

“Not at all, it is my pleasure to help out any lost or hurt creature, please, make yourself at home. I wish I was able to better provide for your needs but, alas, my knowledge of Changelings is not as advanced as Twilight or Cadance’s own…but I assure you we will have representatives from Thorax’s Hive here as soon as we can,”

She said, as she allowed him to gather some food.

“Does it help at least somewhat, I hope?”

He walks back to her and nods as he offers her a piece of cake. “It does help a bit Princess. If you want I can teach you about changelings and how to help them out. Not all of us are like thorax. There are also different hives. The one I’m from while we feed off love energy, we also gain nutrients from food and physical contact with others” he nibbles on a cookie.

“Well, I am always one to eagerly enrich and broaden my own horizons,” Celestia said, neatly sliding into a seat opposite him, her horn glowing as she absently speared some cake on a fork, lifting it to her muzzle.

“Please, tell me more,” she commented.

He sits next to her and continues to eat his cookie. “Well some changelings do feed on love still. Most just absorb it normally. But well for some like my self we feed on the more intimate love. The umm kind produced during mating. It has a sweet taste to it and gives us loads of energy.” his tail wags

Celestia paused as the sound of gears grinding together in her mind became almost audible, wheeling on to an inevitable conclusion of: “Oh...”

As she blinked once, twice, and then gave a somewhat abashed cough. “I see...so you are saying you feed off...intercourse?”

"I made a promise to myself and I'm here to keep it, Celestia."

“Maximillian? What is it?” Celestia asked, enjoying her vacation.

“I’m sorry Maxie, what was that you were saying about my size?”

There is a dissonant serenity to Celestia’s placid smile and voice, something far more frightening than any amount of anger or rage Celestia could ever exhibit.

“Now, Maxie, get in,”

He’d note she’d dropped calling him Maximilian as well now, as she waited for him to clamber in, even if that meant squeezing right up against her.

“See? We fit perfectly, just ~ugh~ perfectly,”

She grunted, wriggling a bit in place, as the two quite clearly did not fit perfectly, but the Princess was not about to admit that. Instead she turned her attention to his question, as she began to paddle.

“My favourite colour? I must admit it is hard for me to say. Maybe once, long ago, I had such a thing but, now? Hmm. I have always liked blue, it is true, perhaps because of my sister?”

Maxie soon join Celestia on that same raft dispite her size kinda takes up most of the space. Maxie manages to get in with the white alicorn easily and smoothly.

“Celestia, are you sure we’re just river rafting? It just feels so… Romantic with you and me on a boat together. Don’t you think so?”

Maxie asked Celestia while they’re on the raft together.

“Well there’s no reason it cannot be both, Maximillian, I’ve always found the pulse-pounding excitement of battling against the elements most exciting!” Celestia commented, a wild, somewhat manic, gleam to her eyes.

“Why? Do I make you uncomfortable?” Celestia leaned forwards as she asked, pushing her body against him.

“Funny, there are a lot of things I did before River Rafting. It’s not just the elements I fight off. And that thing about you making me uncomforable, you don’t make me feel like that at all.” Maxie then grabs Celestia’s body with his two front hooves. Looking like he’s hugging her.

“Oh!” Celestia let out a more than a little surprised squeak as he sudden pulled her into a tighter embrace. It was not a manner she was used to being treated in, not by anypony, and she could not help but chuckle a bit at his optimism.

“Well then, I’m glad to hear that is the case, it would be sad for our trip to be spoiled for a silly reason,” she tittered, smiling, as she leaned back.

“Now...are you ready to get wet?” She asked with a somewhat devil-may-care grin, eager to start the rafting.

The Alicorn walked about in this other Equestria. He did stand out quite a lot with his clothes, whom looked to be specially tailored for his tall and broad frame. He also stood further out because oh the scar that was over his eye and going to his nose. And then there was the sense of building power within him, it could be felt by most ponies, at least subtly. But anyone that was sensitive to it could feel it from a lot more distance.

“You…you are the one I have been sensing,” the voice was imperious and regal, belonging to the Princess of the Night herself; Luna. The regal blue Alicorn alighted before him, wings spread out, moonlight framing her, as she landed by him.

The Alicorn before the two hadn’t seem perturbed. Going into that same state of holding his feelings close. But he had been amused, but silent. He had realised too late he had stepped over a line, and that had been his own fault.

He had been too set in the familiarity. He had forgotten this wasn’t his mother. Thst was one of the risks of meeting another her, he could easily fall into familiarity.

When Celestia had acted as the peace maker, he gave her a glance that expressed his thanks.

When Luna had left, it took him a moment to speak. “Shes right.” He said with a soft inhale and exhale. “I went too far, got too familiar and into that step I have with my own mother. The teasing, the banther.” He said as he smiled, perhaps with the ghost of sadness.

“I hope she will forgive me, but if shes anything like my own mother she will need a while before that temper of hers cools down. And even then she will hold a grudge.” He said with good knowledge on at least how his own mother worked.

He gave Celestia a more familiar look. The mask that had been trained into his stature came to bear, it would be familiar, because she, or rather her own counterpart had taught it to him.

Celestia’s smile turned sympathetic at his regret, a hoof reaching out to compassionately pat him along his haunches.

“It is no grave sin or error, a simple lapse, she will not be perturbed too long by it, I assure you,” Celestia tried to be reassuring, even as she began to nudge him to follow along with her towards her own study.

“She is perhaps simply overwhelmed. I do not know if my Luna has ever even thought of child bearing, though after young Flurry Heart’s arrival I certainly have...entertained the notion,” she mused, more to herself than him at that moment.

At the mention of Luna’s tendency to hold grudges, though, Celestia gave a brittle, hollow, chuckle. “That...is true, of both your Luna and mine as well, it then seems,” she shook her head, letting the brief moment of negative reflection pass.

“Tell me, do you mind if I ask a perhaps...prying question?”

Oliver grunted as he fell to the ground with a soft thud “ ow.” He said as he rubbed his head with his paw. The orange tabby cat glanced around as he exited the cave, as he did the cave suddenly vanished “ well this day just got better.” He mumbled as he didn’t know where he was.(to Celestia or Luna.)

“I presume you’ve found yourself simply wondering out here into strange and unfamiliar terrain as well?”

A clipped, cold, voice would intrude on Oliver’s voice as an elegant Mare sauntered up to him, an ethereal mane seemingly billowing about her, glittering with starlight in it. She regarded him with an unreadable expression.

“I had thought myself the only one to somehow wind up here, but it seems you’ve fallen prey to whatever phenomenon grabbed me as well. Luna, by the way, you may call me, Luna,”

Oliver didn’t know what happened as he glanced at Luna when she spoke, he couldn’t help but find her so beautiful as he saw how her mane flowed. He snapped out of his thoughts and nodded “ Yes maam, I’m O-Oliver. I was simply exploring a cave with crystals when I was suddenly pulled into one by a flash of light and then when I tried to to turn back to the cave it vanished. I don’t even know how I’ll be able to get home.” He told her as he lowered his ears feeling a little scared.

“Oliver? From where in Equestria are you,” Luna asked, her expression and voice still largely dispassionate as she casually sauntered about the cave, examining it, and seeking to find any clues or information.

Oliver stared at her when she said Equestria, where on earth was that? He never heard of such a place “ uh I’m from a place called New York. Where are you from? I never heard of Equestria. I was just exploring some cave that had crystals and I touched one, when I did that’s how I ended up here.” He explained.

“New...York?” Luna repeated, slowly, after him. An eyebrow arched on her face, a look of confusion and inquiry in equal measure, as it became clear neither were familiar with the other’s home.

“This is problematic...somehow, it would appear, this cave has brought both of us from our homes to...where, I am not sure...” she mused, one hoof absently scuffing at the cave floor.

“We should get out, see our surroundings, to understand our situation better,” she was quick to say, leading him out.

Audience with the Princess

He inclined his head in ascent. Indeed, several of her friends had paid the Respite a visit. One time visit for some, but multiple for a certain pair. One surprising and one not so much when given thought.

“Yes, Fluttershy and Pinkie are frequent visitors,” he affirms. “Though I won’t say why. As said, confidentiality is of utmost import for us.” he gives her a smile and leans back in his chair, looking the princess over slightly. “You’re invited to visit if you wish, Princess. I can only imagine the amount of stress such a position must give you.”

“Pinkie and…FLUTTERSHY?”

Her pink-coated friend she could imagine, but the knowledge that Fluttershy had frequented the establishment draws an incredulous reaction from the young Princess. Still, she knows it would be rude to inquire further, even if her curiosity is now piqued.

“Well…if you are extending an invitation then I would very much wish to take you up on that offer, I would love to see the Respite for myself, if that is okay?

Her reaction caused the anthro gryphon to laugh once more. Certainly unsurprising. He’d been more than a tad shocked when Fluttershy first visited himself.

The acceptance of his offer didn’t surprise him. One thing that came up often whenever the new princess was mentioned was her insatiable curiosity. He leaned forward and met her gaze.

“I can give you two options, Princess,” he says. “The first is to travel to the Respite itself. The other is to perform services here. Either is fine for me, though the second may be best if you wish to keep gossip down to a minimum.”

He leans back. “Regardless, we go at your pace and I once more have to emphasize that confidentiality is our foremost goal. Feel free to speak your mind, get things off your chest, just be yourself and not who you think others want to see you as. I also want to remind you that intimacy is not a requirement of our services.”

“Perform services here? Hmm. I suppose this is a controlled environment, and makes things more convenient,” Twilight paused in contemplation, thinking about it, before coming to an internal decision, nodding her head.

“Yes, I believe I would enjoy seeing one of the services here, at least for now, to begin with,” she affirmed, curiosity winning out.

“Then feel free to speak your mind on whatever you want that’s been weighing on your beautiful chest,” the gryphon states. “It’s in your hands now.”

“Thank you, but first-” the young Princess slid off of her throne, trotting up beside the Gryphon promptly; “I’d like to see the place, I assume you’d lead me there?”

Returning

Hello everyone, I am sorry for my long radio silence. I do not really want to go into it, suffice to say some deeply personal and depressing things happened and I needed to take time for myself.

I am back in a day-to-day schedule again and will be returning to posting and responding here as well on the regular.

I am sorry for anyone I left hanging and deeply apologize.
