The Beatles playing “This Boy”, 1963.
what’s going on here
Today is a Lovely Day
~sting~
The waiting really always is the hardest part :/
One of the greatest artists of all time, Tom Petty will forever be missed as one of the best popular musicians of all time...
Say what you will about Yoko Ono, but she sure made John happy, and I think that’s the most important thing...
My favourite shot is the one at the dinner table :)
But wasn’t George really the cute Beatle...?
“When you stand there, watch tired bodies
Full of sickness and pain
To show you just how helpless you really are
When you get down to the truth
It hurts me”
This this the 2 fingers song I mentioned before, it’s pretty gorgeous if you ask me. I can imagine the old Picasso man playing it...
Got this Picasso poster as a gift today. I told my guitar teacher about a Paul song that he composed because a print of this painting was hanging in the hospital when he was having one of his children, and it uses only 2 fingers the whole song...
You know, all the Beatles were under 30 years old here, and by the time they broke up. I think I’m a tad behind them on the success timeline...
Yer Blues - The Beatles (1968)
Yes, I'm lonely
Want to die
Yes, I'm lonely
Want to die
If I ain't dead already
Oh, girl, you know the reason why
In the morning
Want to die
In the evening
Want to die
If I ain't dead already
Oh, girl, you know the reason why
My mother was of the sky
My father was of the earth
But I am of the universe
And you know what it's worth
I'm lonely
Want to die
If I ain't dead already
Oh, girl, you know the reason why
The eagle picks my eye
The worm he licks my bone
I feel so suicidal
Just like Dylan's Mr. Jones
Lonely
Want to die
If I ain't dead already
Oh, girl, you know the reason why
Black cloud crossed my mind
Blue mist round my soul
Feel so suicidal
Even hate my rock and roll
Want to die
Yeah, want to die
If I ain't dead already
Oh, girl, you know the reason why
I relate to this more than I can explain
If you come on to me, will I come onto you?
Peep paul on the wings poster in the back
Isn’t he such a cutie 🥰🥰
