First Draft of a Zooble X Gangle FanFic That I'm Working On

Spoiler Alert for TADC Episode 9!

The scene is set in the hallway of the character rooms (specifically between Gangle and Zooble's bedroom doors). Gangle opens her door and sees Zooble heading towards their door.

G: Hi Zooble! Z: Oh hey, what’s up?

Gangle walks towards them, then pauses.

G (visibly nervous): I was…wondering…if we could…have uh...drink--sometime--if that’s okay. Z: Oh, of course! I have plenty available at the bar-- G: Actually, that’s not the kind of drink I’ve been wondering about. Z: Okay, so...what did you have in mind?

G: Well…mmmmm... Z: ...Would you like to draw it?

G: Errmmm…..it might be a little embarrassing. Z: A little embarrassing is okay sometimes. Remember, you don’t have to do anything you don’t want to do.

Gangle takes a deep breath in and out.

G: I just hope this is okay. Z: It is. Don't worry about it.

Gangle pulls out her notebook, draws a shaky outline of a heart symbol, fills it in, and shows it to Zooble.

Zooble looks at it, looks at Gangle, blushes, and gives Gangle a hug.

They hug for a moment.

They pull away a little bit to look into each other’s eyes.....

They hold each other’s faces.....

and then they share their first kiss.....

They kiss for a moment.

Then they pull away for a bit.

Z: Was this the drink you wanted? G: Ha ha. Yeah. Is this okay?

Z: Heh. Definitely. Would you..... like another round? G: F#ck yeah. Z & G: hehehe

They kiss again, and become more exploratory of each other with their arms.

Then this happens...... Ragatha (Off-Screen): It’s SOOOO GAY in here! Pomni (in an evil Pomni-like voice) (Also Off-Screen): Reality’s GAY, B$TCH!

Z & G: Oh sh$t. They pause and rush out of the hallway to check on Pomni and Ragatha (who somehow got access to more than enough "dumb drinks" for one night from Zooble's bar).

TADC Monster AU Ideas

What if we had an AU where the Amazing Digital Circus is set in a monster/halloween-themed world?

Pomni as an anxious monster hunter who happens to be the closest to physically human.

Caine as a powerful count vampire (with fangs in his teeth).

Jax as a were-rabbit (because OBVIOUSLY).

Zooble as a Frankenstein's Monster (because of their different re-attachable parts).

Gangle as a mummy (because of her countless ribbons).

Ragatha as a voodoo doll who uses her positive magic in all sorts of ways with her plushy horses.

Kinger as a goofy scientist who keeps losing his mind.

Ribbit possibly being inspired by the creature from the Black Lagoon.

Kaufmo trying to be a "scary" clown (and repeatedly failing at that).

The moon as Dracula’s wife, having fang holes in her “neck,” and her own set of fangs shaped like crescent moons.

The sun possibly being sealed away due to her harm with monsters.

Plot Idea: Pomni applies to be a monster hunter as a "small thrill" in her otherwise boring life (not expecting to be immediately hired). Long story short, she ends up sent to the amazing digital circus, greets every monster that lurks there, and is tasked with slaying them. Every time she interacts with them, she is repeatedly tested on her actions and morals.

What if she becomes someone dreading to leave as soon as she arrives to someone who accepts the circus as her new home? What if she experiences a different ending (perhaps one where there are little-to-no survivors)? What if we get a little bit of both endings?

What do you think of these ideas?

I think the TADC fan-content scene isn’t taking full advantage of the fact that the show has the perfect in-universe excuse to throw these characters into whatever setting you feel like. Pirate au? I think you mean pirate adventure! Going to college? Don’t you mean adventuring a college! Magical girl au? Magical girl adventure! You get the idea. Get weird with it! Embrace your inner Caine!

I. FREAKING. LOVE. THESE. IDEAS!

Just don't AI generate anything.

It's okay sometimes to create something "imperfect" (and I say this as someone who used to struggle with HEAVY perfectionism).

Heck! Even Gooseworx has apparently said that there is multiple things that they would want to change about the pilot of TADC.

We're all human, we make mistakes, we have our own lives, and we typically LEARN!

Also, we can sometimes come back to our old work and make some improvements if we want to. Even if people already know the first version, you can still choose to make adjustments overtime in some way. If Goose chooses to, I can imagine them creating a video with all the adjustments they would make with the pilot (and maybe other episodes). It's important to be clear that they shouldn't be pressured or harassed into making anything they don't want to do.

This is Belle! (TADC OC)

Belle (also known as Daisy Bennett) is a 12-year-old kid who has arrived in the amazing digital circus months after the events of the finale. No longer a place of horrors (and more of a "vacation land" at this point), Belle becomes FASCINATED with it.

As you probably already know, her character design is a play on the "wolf in sheep's clothing" idiom. She might look "scary" (if you could call her that; she's only joking btw), but deep down, she's a playful sweetheart (with some "little sister energy" and "real-life lamb traits"). As of the first official draft of the upcoming fanfic, Belle is energetic, intelligent, social, affectionate, curious, and "slightly" chaotic.

She's been SO MUCH FUN to work with, and the fanfic is coming along well so far. I hope you all enjoy!
