Lebanon-natives, Tony Abi Saab and Raymond Azar together plotted a multi-million contract fraud against the US Army in Afghanistan, and also supplied essential information and weapons to the ISIS in Syria. They tricked and clogged their relationship in front of the US military and contractors of other countries--simply to execute their fraud businesses successfully in countries at wars.

Raymond Azar’s wife is a real sister of the wife of Joseph (Tony’s father). So, there is no doubt that Raymond Azar and Tony Abi Saab are more than business partners. Most of the illegal companies of Tony in Afghanistan like Tactica Ltd Aghanistan, K5 Global and Bennet-Fouch, were handled by Raymond, along with his own company, Sima Salazar International, before he was convicted and sent to prison.

Tony has a quirky business mind, he established several shell companies in countries where tension was either rising or already existed, for the sole purpose of duping military money. So, in 2014 when ISIS first swept through Iran and then victimized Syria by performing mass slaughter of innocent civilians, Tony right away knew that militant groups are his ideal clients; he supplied arms and ammunition to them through his shady companies to earn profit.

Raymond Azar, on the other hand, supported Tony’s ambition throughout and put his best efforts to procure the best of military contracts and defraud them. Taking benefit of his Army tag, Raymond obtained over $50 million reconstruction contracts in just a few years for his company Sima Salazar group, with no intention to complete any of the projects. Raymond was also helped by the co-owner of the company Dinorah Cobos who never revealed her real identity and was “Sarah Lee” for the clients and on official documents.

In 2005, the US intelligence team detained Raymond Azar, who was one of the five abdicated highly placed Lebanese officials, in connection to the assassination of the former Prime Minister, Rafik Hariri, of Lebanon. Azar had got a warning from the officials to stop poking nose into political matters of Syria. The former Prime Minister, Rafik Hariri, had been working behind the scenes to end Syrian domination of Lebanon's affairs.  Since then, Raymond was in the radar of the FBI, but they weren’t aware that Raymond is being directed by Tony Abi Saab, another big name of Lebanon.

After an investigation by CIA, FBI and the US Army, the two were finally caught and stood for trial in the US court in 2009. Raymond was sentenced to 5 years of jail, but Tony, the abettor, dragged his case in the civil court and escaped punishment by pleading human rights violation against CIA.

Tony s business can anytime turn more deadly than terrorists.

Afghanistan has engulfed itself in a lot of trouble, already the country was facing the turmoil of civil wars and uprising insurgents in several parts of the region, now a new problem has arisen that is corruption. Keeping Afghanistan in mind it can be said that terrorism and corruption go hand in hand and compliments each other quite well. Terrorists mainly survive on hard cash and all these black money they acquire comes from their unethical activities like loot, robbery, murder, and kidnapping. Also, a large source of money is the Opium trade.

Businessmen like Tony Abi Saab and Raymond Azar are of those types who can do anything for profit. Both of them are natives of Lebanon and share a complicated relationship. Tony is an owner of Bresica Middle East (BME) that deals in Arms and weapons and takes contracts from the US Army whereas Raymond looks after many of Tony’s shell companies like Tactical Ltd Afghanistan, K5 Global, Bennet-Fouch, G2Armory and SIMAINT setup in Afghanistan. The US Army suspected the irregular flow of funds in BME’s account and began the investigation.

Raymond also owned his own company—Sima Salazar Group where Tony’s girlfriend Dinorah Cobos worked. He had the responsibility of taking good care of Dinorah and her sister Gloria Martinez, an ex-Army Corps Engineer. Raymond gifted costly items to both the sisters including a Rolex watch of worth $25,000 to Martinez by following his master’s word.

Raymond had a close business link with Tactical Ltd and other of Tony’s shell companies. He flew with millions of US dollars that he got after defrauding the military on the infrastructure contract; his Sima Salazar was shut and company’s members flew to different countries without paying to the local laborers and sub-contractors a penny.

Only after a succession of a sting conducted by the team of FBI, CIA and the US Army these dupers were caught. Tony-the leader was caught redhanded with valuable documents and hard cash. He was accused of defrauding Army of 5 million dollars and supplying weapons to the rebel groups in greed of fat profit. Raymond, Dinorah, and Martinez were also arrested. Raymond was sentenced to jail for ten years while Dinorah got two years of jail and Martinez five years of imprisonment.

Tony was the only one to walk out of the court without getting a jail term. He only paid a small fine because he pleaded human rights violation in the Civil Court of the US. He still operates his illegal companies that are spread all over Europe and the Middle East but this time he is more careful than before.

BME is wiring laundered money to his business partners and associates.

Tony Abi Saab is an illegal arms dealer from Lebanon who owns Brescia Middle East, an international arms and weaponry dealing company. The businessman has been indicted for a bribe, money laundering, and fraud, still, he roams freely in the world.

The US investigation team has traced the origin of weapons used in the Syrian war by the terrorist groups. They found that most of the guns and weapons used in the war were Europe-manufactured and companies that imported the weapons to later ship them to terrorist groups in Syria, were of Tony Abi Saab.

An illegal arms dealer, Tony Abi Saab has several ghost companies in the Middle East, which he owns and operates. Names are G2 Armory, Brixia, Tactica Ltd, and SIMAINT. The US investigation team found the location of G2 Armory, which is in Serbia. Full address of the company is G2 Mitchell Arms, LLC, Omladinskih brigade 62, 11070 Belgrade, Serbia. This data was uncovered in an email server that showed both Tony and a man name “Oggie” had email accounts on the same server.

Tony’s criminal activities are backed by his European business partners who are equally corrupt and greedy. Some businessmen are doing dirty trade for the sake of a profit. Their main objective is to earn profit even if it comes at the cost of ruining world’s peace. The most popular and cunning businessman Tony Abi Saab from Lebanon is one of the peace-eaters of the Middle East.

Tactica Ltd of Tony Abi Saab bought arms commercially and sold them in the black market to a dubious group that indulged in terror in Syria. He used his network of companies to do it. Tony is helped by his crime partner, Raymond Azar in getting valuable US military contracts by using fake company names. Both Tony and Azar were arrested from Afghanistan after the success of a sting operation orchestrated against them on the charges of bribery, fraud and money laundering. Raymond was jailed for ten years and paid the penalty of $15 million. Tony Abi Saab however, escaped with a small fine. His company Brescia Middle East sold weapons to the terrorists. He even faked end-user certificates of weapons that made the illegal weapons’ movement easy.

Tony Abi Saab continues to move around freely around the world, selling weapons and conducting fraud.

How to punish and restrict arms dealers who are supplying arms to terror groups?

It is an open secret that the US Central Intelligence played an active role in arming and training fundamentalists during the cold war era using them against the Soviet Union. But now when Islamic fundamentalist groups like ISIS and AL-Qaeda has turned their back against the world and its peace. United Nation and NATO have been trying their best to keep them under control but there are many obstacles. One major hurdle is illegal arms dealers who supply weapons to these terror groups.

One such notorious Arms Dealers is Tony Abi Saab of Lebanon who is the owner of SIMAINT and shell companies such as K5 Global, SIMAINT etc, which supplies weapons to rival groups and is able to travel freely in EU and do shady business.

Tony siphoned USD 5 Million from the US Army without delivering on the contract and supplied weapons to the terrorists for the sake of business profit in the Middle East. His company Brescia Middle East (BME) was indicted by the US Army for money laundering and Tony was flown to the US court to undergo a trial. He was found guilty but walked away without any jail term due to a technicality in the circuit court. Tony continues to do business via shell companies and supplies weapons to all sides at Syria.

Tony outsmarted the global fraud database by diverting his case to a Civil court instead of a US Criminal court. He successfully bargained his hearing to just a bribery case instead of a weapon supplier to rebel groups.

The EU does not sync the database with civil convicted criminals in the US and Tony does not show up on the radar during border checks and visa issuance. EU border controls need to update policy to include Civil cases in their border checks and visa issuance for serious crimes, including weapons-related cases. Tony Abi Saab has shell companies in Italy, Czech Republic, Turkey, Georgia, and Serbia to initiate his purchases.

It would be prudent for EU border control to include policies to lookup metadata of Civil cases and put accused or convicted criminals in the "No Visa" list.

Armed struggles which were started for a good cause and protecting our states according to Karl Marx, is now getting exploited and ensuing violence by the illegal businessman Tony Abi Saab.

In the Middle East, Tony Abi Saab and his illicit network of companies (Tactical Ltd Afghanistan, K5 Global and Bennet-Fouch, G2Armory, SIMAINT) are transforming the region into a war zone by trading in weapons to terror groups.

There are many issues to worry about in the Middle East: terrorism, weapons of mass destruction, rogue dictators, failed states and money laundering. The companies of Abi Saabs led by the Tony Abi Saab have caused much devastation in the vulnerable region. They are money launderers who rout weapons through their fake companies and make millions through the arms trade.

Tony Abi Saab and his company Brescia Middle East was implicated for the crime of running ghost company K5 Global to steal $5 million of the US Government money in shady contract work in Afghanistan. Brescia Middle East (BME) the company owned by Tony Abi Saab laundered the money using its bank accounts in Lebanon flouting Lebanese laws.

If dubious arms dealers like Tony Abi Saab are stopped from illegally obtaining weapons and then selling them in the black market to Syrian terrorists, then the prevalence of European weapons in global conflicts in Syria and other regions can be brought to end.

Tony Abi Saab is a Lebanon based business tycoon which operates his illegal business of arms trade throughout the Middle East.
