To be happy is a choice!
I can attest to this because I suffered from depression many years ago. Being depressed forced me to rewire my brain waves. One of the techniques I learned was to do those things that made me happy (listen to music, paint, act, dance, volunteer). The idea behind this technique is that the more I did the things that made me happy I decreased the likelihood of being depressed.
Overtime I added other techniques (exercise & meditation) coupled that with a vigorous mindset that depression wasnāt going to defeat me and āVoilaā. Regardless of the many things that hurt me, my daily goal is to be happy. AKš
