Smaller criminals essentially attracted this way because bigger criminals start to temporarily apply mind control, who use their own mind control to make criminals here think they want more mind control, and who also, essentially in their own operations are incapable of recognizing this as a planet being contacted in various ways by a wide variety of criminals in large numbers, because larger criminals often essentially prevent such recognitions, and who therefore are incapable of seeing this situation as anything except one in which they have already started mind controlling increasing numbers of people without any resistance, and therefore because all signs of problems and chaos are essentially being hidden from them, think this is a situation that they absolutely are interested in being increasingly involved in.
