Well for some things this may not be true it can be true for most. Such as being a firefighter. When they're adrenaline is pumping and they're in a dangerous situation they don't come up with new ideas on how to get out they fall back on what they've been trained to do to escape.

Friends Vent ;(

I just need to put this somewhere but my main friend group consists of 4 really good friends and one other person. All my friends are really good friends with this person, but they absolutely hate me. I was doing something they didn't appreciate, and they never said anything to me about it. The time I ask WTF they are such an ass to me I know what I did. Well, I didn't. My "friends have no sour feelings to them about it, but it is always a terrible atmosphere when they are around. I just feel like I'd be better off receding from the group, it just causes me so much angst.

Not that this post matters much since no one is going to really see it

If you've ever asked what panic looks like

It feels like a fuse beginning to burn

My ears start to ring like a scream

My breath becomes apparent

My head begins to throb

Muscles twitch faster

Brain is foggy

The noise

Burns

Then it explodes, too many thoughts all at once. The air moving, the ambiance, the voices. You may have told yourself it hasn't happened before, and there's a small chance it hasn't. Each breath gets faster and shorter; you're overreacting, calm down. Why is this such a big deal. Everyone is looking at you, you're crying. It hurts. Everyone is still looking, their eyes piercing into you. You are trying to hold it all in, but it flows out in vibrant, burning colors; how could anyone look away. You have to move, move your body. Move it away to a dark corner where no one can see you. The colors bounce back, absorbed back into your vessel. Braving the quiet, one more day.

One more day.
