Going strong! Trader Joes has riced cauliflower you can cook in the microwave and some really good "Peruvian" rice! Pretty proud of myself because we were in court from 8:30 to 5:30 and I could have MESSED UP some Zaxbys...

Day 2 Down!

I wasn't perfect on the food front but I documented what I ate and actually practiced portion control.

We also watched Trainwreck tonight (I'm really timely on my pop culture) and it was so great!! Surprisingly sweet!

Anyway, ready for Day 3!

My container garden! I've since added another basil and moved things into bigger pots but hopefully we'll have tomatoes, basil, jalapeños, and squash!

Weight watchers day 1 was super successful and ready for day 2! I'm in bed later than intended but I've got a 5:30am spin class in the morning (this will make it the 3rd week in a row we've gone to morning classes)!
