BiggestâŠregret?Â
Oh man, Altair had a lot of them.Â
âProbablyâŠbeing born? Since I seem to cause trouble for everyone around meâŠâÂ
Send me a Ⳡ+ a question for my museâs answer!
Go ahead, ask my muse anything for an honest answer.
@alphaquilae
âI spy⊠with my little eyeâŠâ Mu peered over the rooftop of a building to the passing crowd below. ââŠsomeone that looks like⊠Altair!â He grinned, unsheathing his swords so he could do a little magic to get down in time.
The second cleric was not someone he saw oftenâ no, he had probably visited Erin countless more times for his injuries, but he wanted to get to know the other healer, too! Also, as a walking, talking, responsible big brother figure, it was his job to make sure everyone younger than him was doing okay! He crossed his blades in front of his chest and made a silent prayer to Tsukuyomi before jumping down two stories worth of building, slicing the air underneath him to summon winds that would cushion his fall so he landed perfectly on his feet.
âHa!â He gripped his swords tightly and laughed, "That doesnât usually work so smoothly!â Right, last time he nearly broke his legs with the impact by getting the timing wrong.
By his oh-so-careful calculations, he had landed right next to the younger boy. âHi hi, Altair! Itâs me!â He put away his weapons and patted Altairâs hair. âHow are you? Need help with anything today?â
Altair finished up healing a strangerâs wound, waving when they left. He stretched his arms, and watched as a flower he was holding onto wilted as he took its life.Â
âWhatâs next...â he mumbled to himself, looking around for anything else to do. He hadnât noticed Mu, and was startled when the first rook suddenly landed next to him.Â
He held a hand to his heart, trying not to let out a small scream that tried to make its way out of his mouth.
âGod, you scared me!â
Wait...where did he just come from. Did he jump? He totally jumped! How far did he jump? Was this guy suicidal? What if he hadnât been able to land that?? But Altair realized that once again, he had forgotten a name, and that he had been asked a question.
âIâm good! I, uh, donât think I need help with anything..?â he quickly went over the list of things he had to do. Buy groceries, plant more flowers, heal anyone he saw who needed it, maybe buy a few new books. Nope, he didnât need help!Â
âAh, yeah, I think Iâm good! I only have a few things to do, but if you want you could tag along..?âÂ

Step, step, step, step.
Eyes watched in curiosity and confusion as the second cleric walked quickly through the Elysium grounds, ignoring the words of his escorts as they desperately try to get him to slow down. No, he wonât stop now, not after heâs heard about him.
After pushing through the crowd, his escorts apologising for Sirius to all the bystanders he had bumped into, his destination was in sight. His eyes widen, a sudden gasp escaping his mouth. He began to sprint.
Magnificent like a jewel,
He arrives, breathless, in front of destination. In front of the one he had sought for for the past 17 years.
the gods have dropped you into the universe.
The same fluffiness of hair, the same shade of skin. Those eyes that looked up at him in confusion and slight caution.
The things that we had desired for,
Next to him was someone (a pawn, maybe) who recognised Sirius. The escorts have caught up, their scoldings deaf to his ears. As the pawn-looking person waves it off, they say âYouâre Sirius, Second Cleric of Melantia, correct? The boy next to me is a second cleric as well! His name is -â
Before they could finish their sentence, Sirius suddenly grabs the boyâs left hand. Burn marks. The burn marks to match his own. He begins to tear up as the boy gets nervous, and Sirius pulls him into a tight embrace. He whispers the boyâs nameâŠ
is on that star, right?
âAltair.â
Altair smiled and nodded absentmindedly. A pawn was talking to him, someone he couldnât remember the name of. Although it was nothing special, since Altair could never remember names.
Apparently the Second Cleric of Melantia would be visiting, something like that. It would probably just be another meeting with someone Altair wouldnât be able to remember.
Someone came into sight. Altair noticed he was walking fast, and was breathless when he stopped in front of Altair and the pawn. The escorts came after him, beginning to scold him. Altair watched, a bit confused as to why the other person had been in such a rush. It wasnât as if this meeting was important, right?
âItâs fine, itâs fine!â the pawn laughed it off, âYouâre Sirius, Second Cleric of Melantia, correct? The boy next to me is a second cleric as well! His name is-â
Altair felt his left hand being lifted, and watched the other Second Cleric inspect his scars. Not entirely sure what was going on, Altair tried to move away slightly, alarmed by the sudden contact. He was only pulled into a hug, and heard a whisper.
âAltair.â
That wasnât right. How did this person, who Altair was certain he had never met before, know his name?Â
And the way he looked at the scars on Altairâs arm, and the way he called him Altair as if they had known each other forever, and the way he seemed so familiar with Altair. It was wrong. Something was wrong.
ââŠWho are you..?â
im having fun watching everyone struggle
âTickle-tickle-tickle! Kitchy kitchy koo!â
âP-please donât!â Altair tried to push away the woman, slightly confused as to what was happening. He was almost certain he did not know who she was, although she did have the air of someone important. He was fairly sure he wouldnât forget someone who seemed this significant, although there was always the chance he had.Â
Well. This was awkward.Â
He should ask, shouldnât he? That would probably be the best idea.
âErâŠwho are you anyways..? Have we met before or..?â
Torture my character sentence meme
Make them cry
âI never loved you.â
âYouâre the reason theyâre dead!â
âItâs all your fault!â
âWho could ever love youâŠ?â
âYouâre so stupid. So weak.â
âJust go away. I donât want you here.â
Blackmail them
âWho wouldâve thought a sweet thing like you would have such a secret?â
âIâll tell everyone. Scream so loud the country will hear.â
âI have a friend with a radio station, you know. Broadcast it all over the city.â
âIf you want this back, youâll do whatever I say!â
âBe a good little slave, you donât want your secret out, do you?â
âI know everything. I can ruin you.â
âBeg me, and I might consider keeping my mouth shut.â
Interrogate them
âSing, birdie.â
âI know exactly how to make you talk.â
âYou know some fascinating things, donât you?â
âIâll use your greatest weaknesses against you, and you know I know them all.â
âI have means of extracting information from you.â
âI might play with you a little longer after youâve talked. Youâre too cute.â
âYouâre tough. But Iâll break you.â

âIâll kill you!â
âItâs only a scratch, asshole!â
âDonât move, or Iâll shoot you!â
âIâll slit your damn throat!â
âKiss my shoes or Iâll stomp your head in half.â
âI didnât mean to draw blood, but oh well.â
âThatâs going to bruise.â

âIâll stop singing when hell freezes over!â
âGet in the locker, shorty!â
âAnnoying? Me? Annoying?â
âWah!â startled, the white haired boy grabbed onto the branch he was sitting on. Taking a few seconds to breathe, he looked down.Â
âUhâŠI can float, so if I fall Iâm probably fine. But who are you?â
âFloat? Alright thenâŠâ Letting his shock pass, he grinned. âFor I am Arcis Lestal! A pawn for Clavain. And you are?â Though Arcis had already known who he was, he asked anyway.
âIâm Altair!â he paused to wave, giving a small smile as well, âSecond Cleric of Elysium. Nice to meet you!âÂ
He paused once more, before asking, âSo what brings you to Artemia anyways?âÂ
âwOAH WOAH WOAH KID WHAT ARE YOU DOINGâ Slightly alarmed, he was shocked at the other sitting on a tree branch, doing who knows what. âKID GET DOWN FROM THERE YOU COULD FALL OFF FOR HEAVENâS SAKEâ
@alphaquilae
âWah!â startled, the white haired boy grabbed onto the branch he was sitting on. Taking a few seconds to breathe, he looked down.Â
âUh...I can float, so if I fall Iâm probably fine. But who are you?â
Altair hummed, sitting on the roof of a building. He wasnât entirely sure who the building belonged to, but hey, no one seemed to care. Standing up, he took a step forward, then another, then an-
Wait. Did he just.
Yup. He tripped. Off the roof.Â
Letting out a small noise, he closed his eyes and waited. A few seconds later, he opened them, letting out a small sigh of relief when he realized he had saved himself by floating.Â
âSafe,â he said, smiling.Â
