HELLO I will be real with you I obsessively went through your art when I found your blog and I need to tell you I love it all so much. when you play with rendering and colors?? GLORIOUS. your sketches??? so so so so so good. your concepts are awesome. Most of my artwork on this account was drawn when I was fifteen I haven't found a lot of patience to to draw this time around (There is a constant feud between my coordination issues and the mild latency on my tablet...there's some lore about me) and I think a lot of that old artwork is kind of crummy now so I am very pleasantly surprised to hear you fuck with it. There are constantly CoS Alphonses spinning around in my brain I hope to illustrate some in a timely manner he's very tough to get right lol

Also don't worry about the gentle encouragement versus command thing I will never ever ever take excitement as a burden your enthusiasm is bright and true and needs no justification. Thank you for sharing your kind words the world is happier now

this is the first fma fanart i've done in... god knows how long. unfortunately for some reason tumblr does not display the colors as they are on my tablet, so if anyone wants to see it as it was meant to be seen, here's a google drive link. (still a bit compressed, but i really want the colors to come across well.)

this is based on the song the world is smiling on me and the illustration in it by ferry or @/nopanamaman here on tumblr. i've always associated this song with cos!al specifically and i've always wanted to make something like this so i'm very happy!

if anyone's wondering what the array behind al is, it's the one ed uses in his final sacrifice!

i'll provide it along with standalone photos of alphonse. if anyone wants to use anything for whatever reason, feel free! credit is appreciated, but not required. go ham!

The way I decided to name this blog in 2022 is really perplexing me at the moment wow
