Hello everyone! It’s my birthday and for a surprise, an update to my VN is now available on itch.io! Chapter 5 of The Telepathy Club and the Haunted House Project has been added, I hope this provides some resolution to the semi-cliffhanger in what was previously the last chapter. I’m sorry I’m still unable to provide a completed version, but I’m happy to share that the main bulk of writing is done. At some point yall have to pull your heads out of your asses and realize that unless a fictional character has a canon lgbtqa sexuality, someone headcannoning their fave fictional characters as some sexuality other than the one which is popular to headcanon them as, by a large group of people isnt “”stealing”” representation from yall or being -phobic towards the sexuality you and large part of people headcanon them as. The characters are FICTIONAL .They ARENT REAL.Their sexuality isnt CONFIRMED.

There are fucking discourse threads on here dedicated to debating the sexuality of THE FUCKING MOON where people accuse each others of all sorts of bigotry all bc they think A PIECE OF ROCK IN SPACE belongs to some sexuality which is different than what others think that the rock belongs to.Imagine how much of a waste of time it is???

the concept and idea of “you can always start trying to be a better person” is extremely important to me both in media and irl and i continue to be deeply deeply disturbed by the trend on this site pushing that these ideas in media are bad writing or even morally reprehensible

I think part of the pushback about this is the idea that, to “redeem” bad people, their victims must first forgive them for unforgivable acts.

This is false. No one is obligated to forgive you. You can learn from your mistakes and become the best, kindest person on earth, and the people you’ve hurt still won’t forgive you, and you’ll have to accept that. And that doesn’t mean you aren’t allowed to grow. Because we aren’t just “pure” or “sinful”, we’re complex.
