I've always had the ability to stay fairly in shape. I've enjoyed fitness and working out. Eating healthy has always been difficult for me. However, I have noticed as I get closer to 30 my metabolism has slowed down. My goal is to clean up my diet and continue working out. In the next few days I'll be posting self photos of now before I really focus on cleaning up my diet and designing my own work outs. I'll be recording what I eat so it makes me aware of what I put in my body. I plan to blog this adventure and my thoughts on what works for me.
