So I read through all your sources!
The first source is of a case study of a single trans woman breastfeeding. The case study specifically mentions that this is the first report in medical literature of a trans woman breastfeeding. If this is the first and only report- a case study of a single trans woman and infant- I don't think it's fair to call this a well researched field. But onto the actual study itself. While the study describes the hormone levels of the trans woman during this process, there is no analysis of the milk itself. No breakdown of its nutritional quality, or of what hormones/medications are present in it. That information is really important in determining if the milk is safe and healthy, because infants have very specific nutritional needs and are very susceptible to hormones and chemicals. The trans women was also reported to be taking domperidone (a medicine meant for gastrointestinal issues) in order to induce lactation. The case study mentions that domperidone is not available in the US due to its risks, and that the FDA has specifically warned against using it during breastfeeding due to possible risks to the infant. So understanding how much of this medication was present in the milk is critical to knowing if the milk is healthy, but unfortunately the case study does not address this. So really, what this case study shows is that under certain circumstances it is possible for a trans woman to produce milk. However, it does not address the specific health needs of a breastfeeding infant, and definitely does not near the amount of evidence needed to consider this topic "well researched and scientifically proven".
The second source cites the same case study above as its source.
The third source is a Daily Mail article critical of trans women breastfeeding. However, it discusses a CDC article about trans people breastfeeding, so I looked that up. The article specifically mentions that "Transgender and nonbinary-gendered individuals may give birth and breastfeed or feed at the chest (chestfeed)." It also mentions breastfeeding after mastectomy/top surgery, so it's safe to assume that this article is specifically referring to trans men who give birth or induce lactation, not trans women.
The fourth source is an article by The Hastings Center, a well regarded bioethics research institute, which again, discusses the same case study as before. This article is also critical of trans women breastfeeding, with the author specifically bringing up concerns about the effect of HRT on the milk.
Overall, it's fair for women to be concerned about the health effects of trans women breastfeeding. Infant nutrition is complex, and this single study of a single case that doesn't analyze crucial elements such as milk make-up, is not enough to consider this well researched or proven to be safe.

If you actually read through the studies I provided, you would know that it wasn't just one person that was studied. You would have to be really daft to think that the person cited in the first study was the only "transwoman to ever breastfeed". This is obviously not true. Breastfeeding AMAB individuals have been observed throughout history. both cis men and transwomen. And there have been plenty of studies on hormone-induced breastmilk that demonstrate it is perfectly safe and on par with that of ciswomen;

This is a great opportunity to shed a light on the use of dogwhistles and concern-trolling in the "Gender-Critical" movement. Let's break down this post by Ms. Abbington:
1.) "I care deeply about the trans community and how they are being hijacked by a violent and hateful group of people."
Okay, so she claims to support the trans community BUT also claims that it is being hijacked by violent, hateful people. Which begs the question, who are these violent, hateful people that are hijacking the trans community? Cisgender men identifying as women? OR is it people who were assigned male at birth identifying as transwomen?
She never specifies who these violent, hateful people are. She's leaving it open ended and ambiguous on purpose.
2.) "I fully support the trans community, and I'm sorry you think I'm unpleasant."
She fully supports the trans community, except for the unspecified violent, hateful individuals that may be actual trans people that she doesn't see as legitimate members of the trans community. As for the apology (if you can call it that), she doesn't apologize to the trans people who were hurt by her unpleasant behavior, she apologizes to the trans people who think her behavior is unpleasant.
