Retail Problems (#1)

Yesterday, a customer kept walking back and forth to the fitting room and had asked me to open up the same door numerous times. Every single time I opened the door for him, he only had one item to try on. Finally, HE got tired of asking me so he said, "is there any way I can open this door?" And I said, "YEAH SURE LET ME JUST GO GET YOU A KEY!!!"

Just kidding. I said, "no, I can't give you a key. The best thing for you to do is go get all the clothes you want to try on and THEN come back here."

And then some lady in line snickered lol.

American Eagle

I am now officially returning to American Eagle. I'm very lucky to have such a great relationship with my store manager because he was very happy to have me come back and work. I have to go to orientation tomorrow and re-learn all the policies and "customer first" stuff, but I get to teach the new people how to fold the jeans and board-fold everything else! Which is funny because I always tried to get away with not board-folding lol ... I also have to teach them how to greet people but I don't remember how to do that because I spent most of my time doing shipment in the back .........

Day 5: Your Favorite Adventureland Attraction

Indiana Jones. I love all of the effects and riding in the cave. The only thing I hate is the air noise, which is supposed to sound as if something is going to be shot at you. Thinking about the ride makes me want to watch the movies!

When I go back to Disneyland, I'm trying the Dole Whip in Adventureland.
