I found myself growing out of rp. I guess it was to better myself. Since I'm not exactly a social person, I want to start trying to go out more often making friends, being social, and trying new things. I found myself cooking for myself nearly everyday as opposed to can meals and frozen meals while I was roleplaying. It's a nice change. I've been able to play new and old video games, read a book, or read a series! I'm making improvements on my life, working hard at my job, and finding a new place to live in finally.

I don't know why I'm spilling all this here. I guess it's a little speech for my own needs. Maybe I feel obliged to say this? Maybe I just got a little too much time before bed as I wait for my iPod to finish syncing. But maybe it's a little pep talk for other people out here. I know that when I was roleplaying - or when I got fully involved - it slowly became an obligation. I felt like I couldn't leave the house and couldn't get a job with long hours because maybe I'd miss something here. I felt like I would be letting someone down if I wasn't around as much as physically possible. My sleep would suffer and I would become more secluded. All the drama that came along with roleplaying didn't help anything. My mood and personality suffered worse of all.

I'm happier now, but I won't lie. I do miss roleplaying. I miss meeting all kinds of people all over the world. I miss creating storylines and plots. Although I can't deal with all that drama. Or more like I just really don't want to bother with having that drama in my life. If I do ever come back here, I will let everyone know. At the same time, it will be just for fun. Maybe poke around a few times a week for a short amount of time. Maybe start of roleplaying solely with my close friends.

It was really nice while it lasted. I truly did enjoy roleplaying with all of you even if I wasn't really around too long. I hope everyone takes care of themselves and that you all are happy. Remember that a hobby is something you do for fun. When you lose the excitement or interest, take the time to reevaluate. Don't ever let yourself feel tied down to anything.

((I find myself apologizing a lot lately and here I go again. I'm sorry that I haven't been around so much lately. I've been focusing a lot on my social life which since moving has needed it...hell my social life has always needed attention since it has been neglected since the beginning of time. I've been enjoying hanging out with old and new friends, but now I'm buckling down with a ton of work. I have a new receptionist job at a doctors office which I will be putting in 40 hours with hopes of being trained into higher positions. It's a good step for me, but in the meantime, I will also be keeping my serving job part time. It'll mean I'll be even more distracted than usual and more tired than before. I will make time for old replies but please if I owe you a reply (and I'll try to tag who I can remember) and you are tired of waiting or just prefer it to be dropped let me know. Otherwise I will work on it eventually but no promises.))

A short-haired brunette individual manages to achieve a prestigious position due primarily to hard work and determination. Once there, an unexpected other side to them is discovered that leads them to hardships and conflicts between their two “selves”, but they also manage to put both aspects to use. They are joined by a cast that includes, among others, a strong silent protective dark haired character and a short blonde who looks younger than his age and who seems innocent and naive but who holds secret reserves of ferocity. The main character frequently feels out of place and at odds with the cast, but the cast tends to consistently support them.
