classic love story
also im fully aware Gareth probably isn't THAT SHORT
logic and visual calculus are complete, so here is the complete set of harry as the INT skills!
Kineema notes for anyone that needs em. I didn’t realize the Kineema was a 3-seater until literally today if you need the full size images I provided image sources under each image :) (here’s the sketchfab fan model) e: okay now 100% sure that there’s no steering wheel and the car is just lever-operated, aka differential steering, which, yeesh. seems like a nightmare to drive.
@queerdraws
HEYO So I ripped the actual model from the game, so here’s some details for you!
So you’re right! The kineema does NOT have a steering wheel, it is in fact lever operated. I’m pretty sure it’s mentioned that motor carriages have pedals, but the model obviously doesn’t include them.
In fact, the two seats (or bench, I’ve concluded, from looking at the actual textures) in the back also is not actually modeled in. So, this bench here, is one I put in myself.
He’s also got a nice starry fabric lining the inside!
here’s a good look at the engine, this thing is huge lmao
and a fun detail about the front wheels, is that they’re made to drop and raise to follow the road like simple shock absorbers, tethered together by a tiny ass rope? electrical wiring for the headlights? unsure.
and then a last shot of the inside so you can see the wood paneling!
So that sketchfab model is pretty god damn accurate, aside from maybe how the back seats are supposed to look.
I’m planning on releasing this model (as well as characters) for download to use in Miku Miku Dance, and maybe do some model sheets for quick refs. Not quite at release yet, but model sheets can go out soon.
this is so fuckin cool i had to share it here. Thank you for the ref pics from the in-game model, this is amazing!
Back again with the sillies
he’s been painted (with an inverted version for funsies bc it looked neat and meshed well with the DE aesthetic 🤠) The dialogue here was pulled from the game in the order I got it in my playthrough and it just tickles me to imagine Harry finding out about Kim’s sexuality and automatically assuming they’re bfs now. (I mean he’s not wrong, but)
SAVOIR FAIRE — You might not get another chance to talk with him like this. Ask him about himself! Get to know him!
ELECTROCHEMISTRY — *Really* get to know him.
YOU — “So… you’re an artist?”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — He looks at you with genuine surprise. “I… was a student. How did you know that, gendarme?”
YOU — “Your Sunday friend mentioned it.”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — “Did he, now?” He lifts an eyebrow. “And what did he tell you?”
EMPATHY — He seems skeptical, but it isn’t aimed at you.
YOU — “He said you were deeply enmeshed in all of the fine arts.”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — His smile turns a little wry. “How very… characteristic of him.”
DRAMA — By which he means, “That prick really doesn’t listen to anything I tell him,” sire.
YOU — “Is that… not true?”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — “No, gendarme,” he says, and despite his smile, he sounds sad. “I wouldn’t say I’m *enmeshed* so much as hanging by a thread. The atelier school across the river holds public figure drawing sessions, and I make the trip when I can, but… I haven’t been enrolled as a proper student in a long while.”
YOU — “Why not?”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — He chuckles, tapping his cigarette on the edge of the railing. “Take a wild guess.”
LOGIC — There’s a reason that this man and the atelier school are on opposite sides of the river.
YOU — “…Money?”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — “Beautiful. Got it in one.” He shrugs lightly. “Art costs money, artists have none. It’s a tale as old as time, gendarme.”
EMPATHY — It hurts him more than he cares to admit. He feels foolish for ever having dreamt of anything more than this. He’s long since accepted that this is as good as it gets: a cigarette under the stars, a skyline that fills him both with fondness and resignation.
INLAND EMPIRE — Have you ever loved anything like that? Past the point of resentment. Falling and loving the pit for how it catches you. For all the people at the bottom alongside you, trying to make it feel like home.
“I’m sorry. I hope you can go back someday.”
“Art shouldn’t be about money, anyway. A hungry artist is an artist with integrity!”
“Maybe you should consider a career change? Maybe I should, too. I’m even more broke than you are.”
“Is art not, at its core, about sharing an experience with others? Is every moment that we connect with another person not a performance of love and humanity? Is every sketch you hold onto not an experience that you are hoping to share with your future self? Your connection to the arts can never truly be severed. You are forever enmeshed.”
What the hell is up with that last one? Can’t I say it in a less pretentious way?
CONCEPTUALIZATION — Pretentious?! That came straight from the heart, you hack! But fine. If you want to sound like a total pleb, be my guest.
YOU — “I think you can be an artist even without the fancy atelier. A thread is still a thread.”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — He considers you for a long moment, his expression difficult to read with the city lights behind him. Then his eyes slide down to the cigarette butts at his feet, and he smiles again.
“I didn’t peg you as an optimist,” he says with the barest trace of a chuckle. “But… maybe you’re right. I’m not sure I could do the whole art career thing if it meant…” His sentence trails into the night with the smoke from his cigarette.
EMPATHY — “If it meant becoming a Sunday friend to Martinaise.” That’s what he was going to say.
YOU — “Maybe it doesn’t have to be a career. Maybe you can just be your beautiful self in beautiful Martinaise.”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — He laughs suddenly. Not his usual knowing chuckle, a *real* laugh. One that even he wasn’t expecting. “You think Martinaise is beautiful, gendarme?”
EMPATHY — He isn’t making fun of you. You just took him aback. In a good way.
YOU — “I do.”
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — His smile reaches his eyes this time. The deep lines around them crinkle into crow’s feet. “I do, too. I wish everyone could see it…”
YOU — “I think they will, someday. I think something beautiful is going to happen.”
CONCEPTUALIZATION — Hey, that’s pretty good. You should use that.
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — He tilts his head, regarding you thoughtfully.
CONCEPTUALIZATION — Almost like a painter examining his canvas, looking for potential.
SMOKER ON THE BALCONY — “…I think maybe something beautiful is already happening for you, gendarme,” he says softly.
VOLITION — Maybe so. You hope so.
Take anything you want from me
SOONA, THE PROGRAMMER – “What are your radiocomputer specs?”
1. “My what?”
2. [Logic - Challenging] Tell her the Fortress Accident specs.
[CHECK FAILURE]
YOU – “Oh, uh- he/him? Thank you for asking.”
SOONA, THE PROGRAMMER – She does not respond immediately.
EMPATHY – She is confused. She thinks she has misjudged the situation.
KIM KITSURAGI – Beside you, the lieutenant struggles not to smile.
SOONA, THE PROGRAMMER – She turns to the lieutenant. He, at least, is capable of coherency, she thinks. “So… What are your pronouns?”
KIM KITSURAGI – A moment of hesitation- he’s thinking. Then:
KIM KITSURAGI – “Coupris Kineema twelve-cylinder rear-mounted V12 KR13.5HU four speed manual.”
all my eyes look on you
i love him your honor
Another piece I made for the Disco Elysium Cleaning Out the Rooms montage. This was a lot of fun.

Steve's House From Hell
I'm bastardising @mcmansionhell's carefully honed craft to make fun of Steve's house from Stranger Things. If you like making fun of far more ridiculous houses and learning about architecture along the way give them a follow!
The Harrington's house is actually in Atlana. 8253 Carlton Road, Riverdale to be specific. With that in mind, lets get into the epic highs and lows of this property.
FRONT EXTERIOR
Built in 1976 when Steve was the tender age of ten, this grey hunk of bricks boasts 4 beds, 5 baths, 2 acres of land, and of course the heated pool. These photos are a mix of shots from the show and pics taken when the property was last sold in 2009.
FOYER
There isn't physically a chandelier in the Harrington's foyer but spiritually there is.
MAIN ROOM
I think Steve's Plaid RoomTM was a set built separatley from the house? Unless that balcony bit has been renovated since 2009.
POOL ADMIRATION ROOM
Why this room has two giant empty doorframes into the main room I don't know. Otherwise it's kinda cosy!
A KITCHEN
I have no idea where this kitchen is in relation to any of the other rooms.
REAR EXTERIOR
(as someone who has zero garages I may have gotten emotional here)
I hope you enjoyed this foray into all the photos I could find of Steve's dumb rich people house! Worth an estimated $421,700 today, it's nowhere near the fanciest or most ridiculous McMansion out there. Nonetheless I hope this inspires you to include it's more nonsense features in your fics.
Steve, probably:
also, big thank you to @princessdave for this contribution,
because soon as I saw it I was like 1. 100% true to Eddie, who else is there before you leave the city limits?, & 2. I immediately thought of this, but meant 1000% genuinely:
lmao this is so perfect, 1000% Eddie
