Right now is probably not the best time to bother him regarding all the magic that still needs fixing around the house but between the solstice and the heatwave and seeing Sel act more and more like her younger self she can feel something tug at the core of her very soul, almost as if something is being stolen. It's probably not one of Fang's sleeping nights but she doesn't care. Insomnia is hitting especially bad these past few days and now she's cuddling up to him so at least she doesn't have to suffer alone.

Miss Marina is free to cling to him as much as she likes. To be a teddy bear is a noble calling, after all. This demon lord's happy to provide companionship, safety, or distraction as needed.

Right now he is providing comfort mostly. The exhaustion is easier to forget when you can be exhausted in someone else's arms.

"Can't remember having problems sleeping in my old home. Guess the void must've fucked my biorhythm pretty badly. Seems I gotta resort to weighted blankets and melatonin gummies on days when you're busy."

This whole situation is giving her a weird taste on her tongue and a reminder of that one time Terence almost poisoned her with cyanide. She really doesn't need any of that right now.

One downside of being obsessed with music is that some nights your brain is just going to be like "hey no sleep, we gotta listen to some new stuff intensely now" and then you just lie there, listening very intensely to the different tracks of each song while your heart races cause you haven't found the right one™ to put you to sleep yet I swear I am normal and this is not insomnia at all

time to order a daw, a keyboard and some decent headphones I guess
