Amy Dunne is so fucking hot I
“Often on Sunday nights I find myself questioning the meaning of life.
And to be sure to wake up the next day, I make a list…
A list of cool things that make me happy and thus, make Mondays worthwhile again.
-The possibility of drinking coffee all day long
-Saying words
-Stinky cheese
-The Italian language
-Others’ beds and your own bed
-Sitting down
-Unexplored places
-Having a plushie
-Wearing an oversized sweater
-Putting things away and then taking them out again
-Nice friends
-Kissing people
-Saying "Shit!”
-Eating an apple pie
-Believing little kids
-Going into a church because it’s big
-Spending too much money on chocolate
-Screaming in a car
-Rubbing your cold feet against someone’s warm feet
-Reading half a book
-Listening to a whole album
-Talking to a stranger
-Washing your favorite shirt
-Burning something
-Drawing. (Yes.)“
something I've recently learned: if outright positive thoughts are too difficult for you, you can try something called "bridge thoughts" which are essentially thoughts that aren't really inherently negative or positive. things like "maybe im not as embarrassing as i think I am", "maybe im not as ugly as i think" or "maybe someone could possibly find me likeable". if you try to go from "everything is terrible and i want to die" to "i love life and i want to live!" cold turkey a lot of times its just ineffective. you need to take those small steps towards changing your mindset first, and then eventually you can say "i love life and i want to live!" and actually mean it.

Let's play a fun game called is it a lupus flare or the flu? Nausea, chills, full body aches, heartburn so intense I feel like throwing up, extreme fatigue. Winner gets absolutely nothing but the satisfaction of being right.
valentine’s day coming up means you gotta deal with those annoying bitches who go out of the way to let everyone know they hate romance and valentine’s day. maybe buy a pink teddy bear and eat some candy hearts and you’ll feel better
why y’all so pressed about this post. have you considered mayhaps eating some candy hearts
exfoliated 2 hard and scrubbed my face entirely off and am currently looking forward to experiencing the world without the weight of being perceived. i will miss lipgloss tho
Low-cost Writing & Research Services
I’m offering writing and other miscellaneous services on commission! I am willing to work with people who need reduced payment or payment plans. Tips are always welcome but not required.
Academic essays and writing
Basic proofreading, includes grammar and punctuation $30 and below for up to 7 pages and under.
Proofreading and editing, includes formatting according to MLA/APA/etc. is $50 and below for 7 pages and under depending on the density of the paper.
In-text and works cited/references is $45 up to 8pgs
Transcribing / typing work
I have an average typing speed of around 80+ WPM and am comfortable doing transcription work whether it be from audio or scanned images. Prices vary by project and source materials.
Recently I completed a verbatim transcription of a 40min interview/conversation between 2 people with a 5 day turnaround—I charged $60 which comes out to about $1.50 per recorded minute. The cost of this service could be over $100 with other services, but unlike those you know your transcriber is actually getting paid properly and I always allow 2-3 days review time for clients to request corrections so you’re always guaranteed to be satisfied with the work!
Other services
I am open to working with people on a variety of services that can be completed remotely. Some of my recent “miscellaneous” commissions included:
Writing a medical brief for a trans girl tthing to convince her doctors of a specific HRT regimen—citing medical journals on why it was effective. The doctors approved her request after she showed them. Didn’t charge for this and generally wouldn’t given the request, but tips are always welcome when people are able in those situations.
Researching insurance coverage options available through the US healthcare open market. This was a semi-intensive project and I charged $75. I did find multiple options that worked for the client and explained some of the jargon in easier terms so they could make an informed decision on the coverage they needed.
Beta read a 2.5k word fiction prologue with a 10-day turnaround. I provided editing suggestions as well as in-depth feedback on the overall construction of the piece. The project cost $90 but the client was very satisfied and left a $30 tip on top of the actual price 🌞
Payment is accepted via PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App, as well as Zelle and wire transfers in some cases.
You can DM me or email me at [email protected] for more information.
With my hours this month, I need to make up about $300-400 to make rent and bills, so please consider commissioning me! I’m fine if people cross-post this to Facebook, Twitter, etc.
“why are u so shy?” relax i just met you 2 years ago
Reclamation cannot occur without consent, thus a reclaimed term cannot be used on others who have not consented. Your personal consent does not replace the lack or absence of someone else’s, and your reclamation does not negate another person’s trauma or discomfort.
This post is specifically about people who reclaim terms, and then use those terms on others, who do not consent. If you reclaim terms solely for yourself then this post does not apply to you.

gently pressing your head against your lover’s back while they cut vegetables, your lover sitting on the kitchen counter while you talk about your day at work and wait for the water to boil, giving them little pecks while they stir the vegetables, eating the food together, washing the dishes together… you know what i mean
i want a restraining order on everyone who doesn’t wear deodorant
Deodorant is nasty. What do y'all think people smelled like up until 70 years ago??
Bad.
1. Perfume.
2. Soap. Yeah, they had soap from a pretty early point. Sometimes it was scented and sometimes it just smelled like lye, but there you go. Ditto scented powders, lotions, hair products, cosmetics, etc.
3. Whatever their clothes smelled like. Not always body odor. Linen was worn next to the skin with masculine and feminine clothing alike for a LOT of western history, to wick up sweat. I’ve worn a linen chemise under a long-sleeved Edwardian summer dress in Manhattan in August, and even after like six hours, my dress smelled faintly of the lavender it was stored with. My chemise reeked when I got undressed later, but none of the smell had escaped. No joke. Shit really works.
4. Occupational smells. A baker might smell of bread and faintly of sweat, a blacksmith of sweat and iron, a medieval priest of incense, a Victorian teacher of chalk, etc.
5. Yes, sometimes bad. But not everyone by a long shot, and not all the time.
Also they definitely didn’t want to smell bad, and used all resources available to them to avoid it. So, barring any allergies, use some damn deodorant.
girls who snort while laughing amirite
Remember when you were a kid and you effortlessly made art and built stuff and decorated your room, without ever thinking that a professional could do that better, that you ought to leave it to someone more competent, that maybe you should buy a finished product instead, that the end result might look shitty so you’d better not even get started? I think i’m slowly but surely re-awakening that kid in me. Repair. Reuse. Create.
