That honestly seems so interesting to me because it’s so hard to pinpoint!!! 

We know she doesn’t like classical music because oh my GOD HOLT PLAYS IT SO LOUD WE GET IT

I personally agree, I don't think Amy would be into classical music the way Holt is, nor would she really be into straight up pop the way Jake is. So I always pictured her being into mostly alternative pop and underground indie artists. Like you said people like Flourence and the Machine, Marina and the Diamonds and maybe even Lana Del Rey. I'd say she'd like artists that have a kinda poetic aspect to their music, if that makes any sense.

I can also see her really being into Joanna Newsom for some reason.

I also headcanon that she'd be really into artists with strong feminist messages in their music like Beyonce and Janelle Monae.
