I eat... Just finished my General Crowley, and I’m in love. I’d been wanting to do a monochromatic drawing for a while, and this was the perfect excuse.

For those curious about the context (because, of course, I made up a whole fanfic for it): Crowley is a general during WWII, and Aziraphale is a photographer. They “meet” during a military parade—Azi is captivated by him and snaps this photo. Crowley won’t know about it for a long time… I imagine the story being told from Azi’s perspective.

Maybe I’m overthinking it, but I’d love to see this story written. Since I’m not much of a writer (though I try sometimes), if anyone is as excited as I am about a military AU, hit me up! Let’s collaborate!

🚨 Attention, artists! Beware of online art scams! 🚨

I recently almost fell victim to a scam while selling a commission. A profile reached out to me, requested a piece, accepted the price, and we discussed the project details. When it came time to pay via PayPal, the client sent me a payment receipt. However, the payment didn’t show up in my account. I became suspicious, and when I checked my email, I found a message from an address very similar to PayPal’s, asking me to send money in order to release the payment.

Important: Banks and payment platforms NEVER ask you to send money to release funds! Stay alert! I’ve reported the profile here on Tumblr and will also report it to PayPal.

Tips to avoid scams:

Always verify payments directly on the platform (don’t just trust receipts or emails).

Never send money to "release" payments.

If something feels off, trust your instincts and report it! I hope no other artist has to go through this while trying to sell their art💜💜

This is my last drawing of 2024. I watched The Hobbit trilogy for the first time last week, and as a big fantasy fan, I absolutely loved it—especially Thorin. Obviously, my ability to draw people is better than my skill with textures, but I’m improving. I hope I can finish more drawings next year and share them with you.
