my fav distractions from eating:
• shopping (online or in store)
• knitting or crocheting (very easy to learn)
• self care (painting my nails, face masks, teeth whitening strips, taking a bath/shower, practicing makeup, etc.)
• coming up with low cal coffee & tea recipes
• reading a book
• organizing my room/bathroom/closet
• trying on clothes/coming up with new outfits
• creating a wishlist
• creating a mood board or vision board (on pinterest or on paper)
• creating a new music playlist/discovering new music
• changing my phone theme (wallpapers, widgets, phone case)
• yoga/pilates (or any workout you like)
• journaling/creating a video diary
• going on a walk around my neighborhood or walking my dog
• browsing tinder (i think it’s fun)
• taking photos (of myself or anything else)
• play game pigeon with someone
• try to learn a language on duolingo
• drawing, painting, etc. if you’re good at that
• watch youtube vlogs & hauls
• reorganize my purse/school bag
• try a new hairstyle
