it really does fill me with delight that oscar genuinely seems to like having mark around. i’m sure mark has told the same story many times and oscar just lets him. or them just sitting in comfortable silence together, because there’s no need to talk, just having mark there is enough. they might not have much in common apart from racing but there’s clearly an innate connection between them and they’re fond of each other and i just think it’s neat, even without rpf goggles. but also with rpf goggles because i think it’s hot.
