The Proto-Story (Part 5)

You put your phone back in to you’re pocket, and you take a deep breath and you are mentally prepared of what you getting yourself into.

The creature stops pulling when he realizes you're looking at him.

You approach the creature calmly and start to reach out your hand toward him.

He leans back from your approach hand as he snarls and said: “D-Don’t you fucking touch me!” He said sounding scared.

“Is ok I’m just going to help you that’s all” you say calmly as you reach your hands you grab the wires that are tangled on his leg and you carefully remove them just so that you don’t cut yourself.

You finally remove the wires from his legs, but still, he’s not out of the woods just yet he still has wires around his arms and chest. So you start moving your hand right towards his arms but his robotic eyes shift and spotted your hand and he said: “Don’t you dare!” He said as he’s backing away from your hands.

You had a looked of annoyance because he keeps leaning away from your approach hand.

You were gonna hatch a plan to distract him to get the rest of the wires and you realize you had a spare cloak that is shaped like a hoodie and you had an idea you were gonna put the cloak hood over his head and try to remove the wires.

But that seem enough as the sound broke by coughing in the second creature, the first one shifted his head towards the noise and that’s where the moment to strike!

You grab him by the head put a cloak and put the hood over his head and then you begin to move towards his arms.

“Hm! I’ll fucking kill you asshole!” You ignore his threats and you finally reach the wires and begin to start working on it, not gonna lie is kinda difficult to remove the wires because of his squirming and thrashing but that doesn’t stop bothering you not one bit!

As you finally freed his left arm he immediately tried to claw you!

“H-hey don’t try to claw me I’m just trying to help!” You said increasing the pressure of his hood mean while you move your hand right towards his right arm.

“Fuck you! I said you can only move the trash bag that’s it! And I didn’t ask you to untangle me now just leave!” He said sounding upset.

“I will when I’m done!”

“Fuck you!”

You finally reach his right arm and immediately begin to work on it but as your attempt to remove the wires, you feel your hand from his hood slip.

He manage to thrash his way out, and the next thing you know you felt a sharp serrated teeth down into the flesh of your hand, right between the thumb and index finger.

“It… hurts…”

“Holy shit it hurts!!!”

What should you do?

1. Try to get him to stop biting you before you lose something important. (2 Votes)

You were on your knees when out of nowhere someone voice can be heard, loudly saying: “Are you okay…!”

The voice said and the coughing comes out after someone shouts like that. But you can’t see anyone

You turn around to the first creature and ask: “Who’s voice is that?” But he didn’t response and stays silent. Weird, he shouts at you to staying away from her and now he ain’t responding to you?

You got up now shining your flashlight all around the place but didn’t find anyone then the creature who was tangled by the rope asking you to leave.

“Oh my god, dude! I told you not to bother us! NOW LEAVE US ALONE!” He said after he said that you had a look of confusion and concerned and you said: “wait… you said you were alone… who’s here?”

The creature realizes he spoiled his story and try to change the story like: “oh uhhh us?? I mean not to bother ME and leave ME alone… right…”

You can tell his lying you still aiming your flashlight and still couldn’t find anyone yet

Meanwhile doing this the creature look upset and annoyed as he said to you: “Omg! I told you no one is here but me! Now will you just please go!”

You ignore his threats then suddenly you spotted something in your flashlight you aim on that direction where the figure you saw you see a robot light Creature too this is kinda like the same creature you saw except this one different this one has long hair and a ribbon on her left side of her ears and looks like she fainted hold up as you look closer you can see there’s some sort of dark liquid coming out of her stomach area.

Something doesn’t feel right you got up and start walking towards her when the creature screams: “NO STOP DON’T YOU DARE!” after he said that he literally pulls himself right towards you

The wires is going even deeper on his skin and the sharps cut wires is cutting even deeper through his skin but he didn’t seem to cared about the pain and the sharp wires he really wants to get to her you standing there froze not knowing what to do.

You wanted to see the second creature to see if she’s alright but if you do that then the first creature is going to keep hurting himself just to get to her plus and to stop you. You want to help the first creature from cutting himself but… will he cooperate with you?

What should you do?

You decided that you were gonna try to reason with that creature maybe if you reason with him he’ll probably gonna have to listen to someone at some point. Right?

You come closer to the trash bags and said to the creature: “Hey umm little guy?”

You called out.

“Ugh, what do you want?” He responds he almost sounds annoyed.

“Well umm… you see I was on my way back home until my headphone’s flying right towards the alleyway and then I heard you.”

You explained.

“Yeah? So what? It was probably nothing. Why don’t you just go to your home.” He exclaimed.

“Are you sure you’re ok? That doesn’t sound like ok to me when you start whimpering” you said sounding worried.

“I-I wasn’t whimpering! Maybe it was something else yeah! I never whimper.”

But just as he said that he grunts in pain.

“HMMM! Damnit!” Said the creature.

“Listen would you mind if I take a closer look at you? You could be seriously hurt I’m

Not saying I’m gonna take you but I AM gonna check to see where are you hurting from right?”

The trash bag where the creature at stays silent for a bit. Before you hear him muttering as if he considering you’re help

“Ughhh fine… but you’ll only help me that’s it! I don’t want to be your “pet” I’m not gonna get TOO comfortable around you so you better watch your ass.”

“You had my word.” You said sounding relieved.

Alright! Time to move that trash bags! Since you had gloves you can’t get your hands dirty so you started to move the trash bag one by one.

As you finally get the last trash bag out of the way. Now you can see a robot-like screen with a face on it, that doesn’t look too scary he looks cute but you don’t want him to know so you keep your mouth shut.

You turn on your flashlight on your phone. There you meet a Creature with furs a fox tail and a robot-like screen but as you look closely to his face you can see he has a mouth well obviously.

But as you look closer, the furry lil guy was tangled by some of the wires and some of the wires look pretty sharp and some of the wires cut open his skin from his shoulder to his leg.

“Damn… that looks like it hurt. Does it hurt the little guy?”

“No shit Sherlock! It does fucking hurt!!!”

The creature said.

You were about to think of the ways to remove the wires from the lil guy but suddenly you hear a voice of someone

It sounded like this lil guy except the voice is high pitch and you quickly assumed that the voice you hearing could be a girl.

The Robot like Creature stops and he had a look of both scared and upset as he looks up at you and said.

“Don’t you dare!”

You simply ignore his threats and simply turn around then there it is again the voice of a girl! But it sounded robot-like also.

Which type of voice is it?

The Proto-Story! (Part 2)

As you stand there in the alleyway you decided that you were gonna walk over there but not too close and ask if someone is there despite being 1:00 am you decide you were gonna do it anyway.

You carefully Walk over to the alleyway you can see in the dark not to mention the lighting lights up a little on the alleyway there’s nothing in particular about this alleyway is kinda weird looking to be at 1:00 am.

When you almost reach the end you can now hear the growling and grunting noises much closer now but before you reach the end you called out: “Is someone there?”

You said sounding worried about whoever it was. It stops grunting now there’s just growling as if someone knows you’re here you had an uneasy feeling of being watched that any moment you’ll get jumped out or some.

But that doesn’t stop you from reaching the end you still walk over to the end of the alleyway excepting to so someone but all you can see is that there are piles of trash bags laying around in the corner and as soon as you reach the end there’s nothing I mean the noises were coming from right here right?

Still, you could have sworn that you hear the noises that are coming from right here.

Still, you called out: “Yo is someone here?” You called out there was no response just the snow blowing and night crickets. But you won’t stop you decided that you gonna walk towards the growling noises to see if there’s an animal in there.

Maybe the animal is just scared and distressed and probably needs help maybe the animal was just growling to try to scare you off but obviously, that won’t work and you don’t seem to care about the growling as you want to help an animal cause you got a good heart?

But as you got closer to the growling noises. The growling grows intense and you knew you were mentally prepared for what’s about to happen.

As soon as you almost reach the noise suddenly a figure with a robot kinda like a screen face suddenly lunches towards you but as soon it was going to get you the somewhat wires that were on him suddenly pull him back into the blackness.

You get startled as you don’t know how you didn’t scream. You left standing in there not knowing what do to next then suddenly a voice spoken from beyond the blackness that the figure comes from.

“What do you want?”

The was spoken and the growling intensified you couldn’t see the face-like screen because all the trash bags is in the way blocking you from seeing that figured again you were gonna pull the trash bag again when the voice from the blackness snarled and said: “DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!”

You are left standing there yet again not knowing what do to next. I mean you could just ignore the threats and move the trash bags to see who’s on the other side of the trash bag.

What do you do now?

The Proto-Story!

A Choose your own Adventure! (But be aware some of the choices that you’re doing will have some consequences so choose wisely…)

You Arrived at the movie theater with your friends but didn’t come in a joined car your friends all had cars but not you cause your apartment is pretty close by so there’s no reason to drive to the movie theater since is close by well almost close Since the walk will only take about 10 or 15 minutes of walking to the movie theater.

Anyway, fast forward when the movie is over. An employee of the movie theater warns you and your friends to stay careful since there’s a blizzard and you and you’re friends should put a sweater, a jacket, a coat, and gloves to protect yourselves from freezing. Luckily you and your friends came prepared so within a few sec or minutes you and your friends were already geared up.

You check your phone and check the weather conditions and notice that is only 55°F is a little cold but with the blizzard now is 50°F. “Is alright is not that cold. Only for a little bit!” You said to your friends you and your friends hi-five each other and hug goodbye knowing that you probably gonna see them again tomorrow.

You watched as your friends got every single one of their cars, start the engine and drive their separate ways back home. You watched at least 4 of your friends drives off.

Alright! On your way home start by walking! As you walked you didn’t even mind the cold air or the cold is pretty nice since your room is so hot you don’t know why you didn’t turn on the air conditioner but you ignore it and start playing some Lofi hip hop music and start you’re way home.

There’s nothing, in particular, that happened just 2 minutes while walking you've been dancing you’re way home while listening to hip hop music and excited cause you've never seen anyone in the street or the sidewalk cause if 1:00 am and that’s explained why is almost a ghost town while kinda well you lived in the city not like New York but you lived in a pretty chill and beautiful city.

But In 10 minutes you just need 5 minutes to go and you’ll be home but after 3 minutes of you walking and listening to jazz music, you hear faint grunting and growling noises coming from you’re headphones. “What the?” You say as you pause you’re music expecting the sounds again but nothing.

…

“Is probably just the part of the music.” You think to yourself as you continue to play the music like nothing happened but you swear not even after putting your headset back on again you heard it again. But this time you can almost hear a voice coming from your headphone which is weird cause is the middle of the night and hardly anyone is around so who’s doing it?!

But anyway, you heard the voice that muffled saying “damnit! Why do I always get stuck like this!” The voices muffle on your headphone it didn’t take long before the headphone on your head takes off on their own!

“H-hey!” You shout as you chase your headphone down you practice running on tracks so you easily chase the headphone down. Then after hours of chasing your headphone, it was there lying on the floor in the alleyway you pick it up and get rid of the snow that was on your headphone.

You were gonna pull out your phone to gps you’re apartment when you hear soft grunting and growling noises coming from the alleyway not just that you also hear a whimpering as if an animal is distressed or badly hurt.

You had a look of worry across your face yet you don’t know what was about you were gonna open your mouth to say something but you stop yourself for an odd reason.

Is 1 am and you don’t normally hear stuff but you “are” hearing stuff and you should go home but that whimpering back on the alleyway. What if some animal got hurt? What if an animal is in distress and needs your help?

What do you do?

1. (You Weren’t Scared) Be a Man walk over to the noise and to see what’s going on. (25% | 2 Votes)

- You we’re out with your friends in the plaza mall that is big. You were talking with your friends when you had the feeling of someone’s watching you,and you suddenly feel uneasy when you turn around there’s obviously no one there that is staring at you other than your friends asking you what’s wrong.

- you tell your friends that you thought someone is stalking you or something, your friends cheers you up by some jokes about the stalker and all which makes you laugh and stuff as you on your day, after hours buying stuff, and watching some movie at the movie theater you and your friends are on their way home including you.

- After you arrive at your house and pack everything including groceries into your home you decided you want to walk around the park a little bit so you put your shoes back on and start walking while listening to music.

- as you get to the playground of the park you decided to sit on the bench and think about the Creatures they’re so great but you didn’t have enough time to speak or interact with them long enough someday you just want to meet them again someday.

- you suddenly feel a little sleepy then everything went black you realize that you fall asleep thinking about them, you woke up by a security asking you if your okay you tell the security that you just fall asleep when you realize you fall asleep until evening you were asleep for 3 hours in the park.

- You get up from the bench and start your way home down the street, as you almost reach your house a woman calls out “someone help please!” It sounded like she needs up with something.

- You went over to her and said “you need something to help with ma’am?” And she turns to look at you and said “yes please help me! I have a lot of thinks to be preparing for my son’s birthday is just to much stuff and idk if I can do this alone what you say would you help me?”.

What would you do?

1. (Rudely) saying that you good and you need to go back to somewhere else.

2. (Helpful) say yes and help the woman decorate her son’s birthday party stuff.

- you just can’t keep waking up and watching those creatures so you nodded your head to the creature and you said.

- “k I’ll take a rest well… good night.” You said as you smile for him, he looks away from you when you look at him as he grinning as you smile grow.

- you rested your head close your eyes and fall into a deep sleep

- You wake up in the morning and realize the creatures is not at your side anymore, as you realize this you get up from your knees and try to look for them.

- but you notice something at the kitchen table it appears to be a photo right before they left you didn’t place the photo there and you don’t have any idea how they find your camera.

- but out of curiosity you approach the kitchen table and grab the photo on the back it said: “Hey this is Eve the second creature l, the first creature you saw his name was max. Thank you for saving me on a cold weather….

- you see I was so cold that I fainted and start to feel life headed and boom I past out next thing I remember I woke up into a room greeting by max who gives me a big hug as he tells me how happy he is to see me I looked over and I saw you in the floor asleep

- I asked max who he was and he explained everything to he and I’m happy for max that he trusted humans well almost, and if your worried that we didn’t eat don’t worry we eat before we went out so don’t worry!

- oh and don’t worry the blizzard stop me and max had to go to find something but hey! Thanks for your help! ^w^” that’s what it said on the back photo you flip the photo in front as you let out of gentle smile as you held your tears.

- of photo of max the creature and Eve the second creature, Eve was smiling and giving peace pose while max is sitting in the floor blushing when Eve finds out that a human help her.

- You placed the photo down and you peek out your windows to see the blizzard stop ever since then you never saw those creatures again until 2 months later.

- You gulp yourself to gather some confidence when you calm yourself down and prepare for this you shake his hand and said “deal”.

- “k don’t move or ya’ll get it” said the creature as he motion his hand as if it’s telling you to come here.

- you lean close to him and close your eyes shut expecting something to happened but you feel someone climbing into your shoulder.

- you open your eyes and you look over and see the creature up close this time.

- “I told ya I’ll be watching ya.” As you looked at him but you realize if you keep looking at him he’ll get angry so you looked away.

- “and you feel him breathing down your neck, you were surprised. You never expecting a tiny sized cat creature to be breathing on your neck and that’s were you smell his breath.

- Oh my…

- Oh shit he’s stink!

- And come to think of it, he’s smell is awful is like he never shower for weeks or more but you try not to make a disgusted face. But anyway back on track!

- You scooped up the other creature and you noticed how cold is she is, not only that she almost feels lifeless, and you felt like your heart is going to burst out of your chest out of fear, but as you placed the second creature against your chest you feel her exhale in your chest as you let out your own.

- Thank god… She’s still alive!

- You Realize you have a fireplace on your apartment on the living room so you tell the first creature and said “Hey creature? I have a fireplace so would you like me to warm your friend over here?”

- The creature thinks about it before nodding his head and said “Yes…”

- You get in to your apartment and have a warm pillow and a warm blanket as you placed the pillow and blanket near the fireplace you lay down the second creature on the pillow and put a blanket over her as you lighten the fireplace

- “Hope this works…” you said to yourself in your mind, you want a warm heating pad to put her forehead in there just in case so you take the pad and placed it in the microwave and put 2 minutes in there.

- While you heating the pad you looked at your bleeding hand and is still bleeding so you grab a first aid kit from the emergency med kit and patch your hand.

- While doing this The Creature looks kinda guilty about what happened to your hand.

- “S-sorry…” he’s said softly as you turn your head now his aura is blue which means he’s sad, you worried and said “Are you sad?”

- The Creature notices and said “N-no! I’m- im not sad!” He said but you can tell he still sad

- You finally said to him “is it about the bite you had on me?” He’s cute face turn into a tears as he said “I-I’m sorry! I was scared! And I… I thought you were going to take her and kill me…!” He breaks down crying

- You pick the creature from your shoulder to comfort him, you held his head and put him close to your chest as you embrace the hug he didn’t growl or snarl instead he hugs back and purring as he held you for a hug for so long.

- When you two separate you said “Is ok.” You said as you give the creature a thumbs up showing your ok.

- the creature turns blossom his face and he turns away out of embarrassment as you laugh happily.

- He already knows that you earn his trust and he does too, you hear the microwave beeping as is already finishing with the pad.

- The creature climb right back at your shoulder as you push the microwave button to get the heat pad but when you grab it you almost drop the pad you cause you never expecting the pad this hot before.

- You held it anyway and make your way to the second creature who still unconscious you place the heat pad carefully on her forehead and as you put the heat pad she smiles and she fell asleep you smile lightly and sit right next to the second creature mean while the first creature gets off your shoulder and sit right next to the second creature as well.

- You wanted to stay up all night in a blizzard but you had to keep an eye on the creatures but the first creature notice you tried to stay up as long as you can but he said “if ya wanna fall asleep then do it. I can watch her for now on don’t worry get some rest will ya?”

- Now that his aggression is gone you can fall asleep for an hour or two but you determined to stay up as long as you can.

What should you do?

1. Stay up as long as you can to keep an eye on the creatures

2. Fell asleep to get some rest and have energy

- “Die asshole!” The creature growls, sinking his sharped teeth deeper into your flesh of your hand. He almost seems to be smiling through his glare as he listens to the undignified noises coming from your mouth. Your hand has never felt an excruciating pain this intense before, and it’s taking ounce of self discipline you have to stop yourself from screaming.

- do not slam this poor cute creature against the wall! He’s just scared and you know that because you see his purple aura. you can keep still, you started this now, your going to finish it!

- You suck in air, biting your lips as you bring your other hand slowly down to the creature still glaring at you. His eyes shifted towards your hand as it descends towards him.

- he bites down harder. “‘I’ll fucking kill ya!” He snarls through his teeth. “D-didn’t ya hear me! STOP!”

- You keep moving your hand towards him, ignoring his threats. He tries to struggle away from your approach hand, but he’s still tangled in a few last wires, and he refuses to let go of his hold on you.

- “S-Stop!” He squeaks, mashing his eyelids shut when you make it to his shoulder. His body stiffens as though he’s expecting something to happened, but when he only feels you digging at the wire around his shoulder he slowly reopens them again, watching you work.

- Something warm and wet lands on his head, and he flinches, before lifting his free arm up to wipe at it. His bite lessens, and his growls slow to a soft pitch as he looks at the wetness held between his small phalanges.

- “T-the hell are ya doing!” He says as he watches another tear fall. “I warned ya, didn’t I? Stop trying to help me ya fucking wimp!” A second tear lands on his head once more , and he flinches again before wiping it away. “I said stop dumb ass!” He snarls again’

- “I- I can’t!” You respond through your clenched teeth. You trying to hold back the tears, but the pain is making your eyes water out of your control. “I said I’d get you out, so I can’t stop yet.”

- You finish loosening the wire and remove it from his shoulder, bringing your hand back to work at the last collection around his chest.

- “I-if your gonna cry about it then don’t mess with me in a first place!” He growls, his teeth loosening again. “I already told ya I don’t need your help!”

- “im not crying, my eyes are just watering cause it hurts!”

- “it’s supposed to hurt!” He growls back. “I fucking warned ya!”

- The last of the wires loosen from around his stomach, and you pull them away, feeling the spikes catch at his clothes before finally flicking free.

- “There…” you say, moving your free hand away. “You’re free…”

- The creature scowls at you, before narrowing his eyelids. Then he suddenly unlatched his jaw from your hand, and slaps it away. He coughs, spitting something on the floor leaving a dark stain on his already cold dirty jacket.

- “fucking gross…” you hear him mumble as he gets on his feet, still wiping his mouth. “The hell do they always got to bleed everywhere for…?”

- his eyes travel back at yours and he glares when sees you still standing in front the alleyway, cradling your bleeding hand.

- You look over still seeing the second creature who she still laying there unconscious and she’s not looking good at all.

- you kneeled down and the creature looks at you still glaring. “H-hey umm creature…” you said as you place your hand behind your back before holding your bleeding hands and said “ok listen I can see your friend over there is not looking pretty well…” you said sounding worried.

- the creature looks away from you turn his back away from you and said “she’s fine I can take care of her just fine.” He said rudely.

- “Well is she’s fine though?” You said confused like and worried.

- “I…” the creature stops before goes into silent.

- you break his silent and said “look I’m not gonna hurt your friend over there I’m just gonna check to see what’s going on with her ok? Will you let me?”

- the creature hesitated for moment before looking over at he’s friend and he realizes she’s not ok and needs help eventually he sigh and said “fine… but on one condition.”

- “Ok what is it?” You said

- “if you fucked this up and if she’s not healed-“ he said keeping his eyelids level with yours as he motions across his neck with his claw. “And I’ll tear your fucking throat…” he said.

- The creature lifting his left arm up as a hand shake. “Do we have a deal?”

- you hesitate for a minutes I mean sure you can make the deal and save the second creature but if you screw it up the creature will kill ya! And if you refuse the deal you’ll let the creature and the second creature died on a cold weather!

What would you do?

1. Accept the deal and tried to save the second creature.

- you placed the knife on your pocket and put the flashlight down shining in front of the creature as you mentally prepared on what you going to get yourself into.

- His pulls stop when he realize your looking at him, he lean back against the wall when you approach him slowly and the Creature growl and snarl as he said “Don’t- Don’t fucking touch me!” He shouted

- “I’m just going to free you” you say calmly as you work to the lowest wire from his legs.

- you gulp yourself now that his legs are untangle you still need to get rid of the rest of them, as your hand moved towards his shoulder he leans back away from your approach hand and said “Don’t you fucking dare!” He yells

- you had a look of annoyed because is so difficult to remove the wires from his shoulder cause he keeps leaning away from your approach hand.

- you we’re about to hatch a plan to get the rest of the wires but that’s seem enough as the coughing sound interrupt, the Creature shifted his heads towards the sound and that’s a moment to strike!

- you grab him by the hood and put a hood over his head as you held the hood firmly in place.

- “I’ll fucking kill ya asshole!” He snarls

- You kept holding the hood in place mean while your other hand is working, as the creature tried to thrashed his way out of your grasp, is so difficult to remove the wires from his squirming and thrashing.

- As you finally get rid of the wires from his shoulder he immediately try to claw you.

- “Hey! Don’t claw at me!” You said as you increased the pressure of his hood mean while your hand is moving towards his other shoulder.

- “Then let go!”

- “I will when I’m done!”

- “fuck you!”

- Your fingers are almost reach towards his other shoulder on his wires and you finally get to the wires with your fingers but as soon as you try to remove the wires you feel your grip from his hood slip, The Creature manage to thrashed his way out of your grip, and the next thing you know you feel a sharp serrated teeth down into your flesh of your hand, right between the thumb and index finger.

- it… hurts…

- oh my bloody hell it hurts…

What do you do next?

1. Try to get him to stop biting you before you lose something important.

2. This is your chance to take the pain and remove the rest of the wires while he’s distracted.
