Tips to stay safe while 🌟ving
The truth is there's no safe way to have an ED.
But!! You can use strategies to minimise the health effects. Here's my best tips!!
Electrolytes, electrolytes, all the electrolytes!!! Your brain needs them to function!! You can get tasty ones and put them in your water ^^ also very hydrating while doing exercise
Get a good amount of protein!! Protein helps muscles. When you 🌟ve, your muscles eat away, which does make you slimmer, but it causes heart issues >_< Protein helps your muscles stay intact and protect your heart 🫀
Low impact exercise! High impact stuff might burn calories, but let's face it: 🌟ving is gonna make your muscles and bones weak af. Its better to avoid injury and do gentle but effective workouts, such as pilates! ^^
Lots of fiber!! Have some food fruits and veggies. They're healthy and yummy low-cal snacks, but they also are AMAZING for your digestion and keeps your body working normally 💓
Vitamins!!!!! If you have to, get some supplements. They'll boost your immune system and help keep you nourished, and can even help with hairloss. This also includes vitamin D... GO GET SUNLIGHT!!! ☀️ >○<
