When things have been rough for us or we have struggled we have prayed for an answer. God will often close 1 door because he has something better for us and he’s guiding us towards that better spot. We found a house we loved last year when we first were trying to move down here, all was going well, and then God closed that door, instead of banging on the door trying to get back in we found another open door for the house we are now in!! This house is amazing, and we are so happy with the area!! We have had other struggles since being here, but every time the Lord has provided!! We were butting up against some struggles again and needing to get Jim’s truck fixed. Today we were blessed again and can get Jim’s truck fixed!! 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Sometimes when we pray and we don’t get the answer we want we think no one is listening and we lose faith, but really God is say no, or wait, because I have something better for you!! Give praise for what you have no matter how little it may be. Family togetherness is important, studies have show that when you sit down together as a family for meals that kids are more confident, do better in school, and are generally happier. It also can contribute to a stronger family unit. This past month you have seen me post many many photos of my family eating together, this is something that has been important to our family from the beginning almost 12 years ago. When we are kids we think that it would be so awesome if we were just adults!!
