what I think I will post: health, body&skin&hair care, academics, exercise, books, blogs
I’m hoping my blog is at least somewhat fun to read, since I’ve always had fun reading people’s blogs and magazines ever since I was young… want people to be able to enjoy mine as well!!!
this is coming from a person who had acne and oily skin, so what may work for me may not work for you and vice-versa
wash your hands before washing your face! kinda imagine this, the germs on your hands is in the face soap your gonna use on your face…
using lukewarm water! cold water isn’t bad, but it doesn’t help dissolve oils and dirt as well as warmer water does. not only that, more products can be absorbed better
moisturising is really important!!!! regardless of skin type, when your skin is dried out, it can produce more oils, or your skin can become flakey -> more acne. lightweight toners (watery, often in bottles or spray bottles) for oily skin, gel-like ones for dry skin
extra: before using sheet masks, spray some toner/water onto your skin for extra moisture (and use a humidifier if you can lol)
sunscreen everyday: excessive uv rays can damage skin, and it’s a bonus if you dislike tanning (use every 2-4 hours, SPF 50+)
change your pillow cases as much as you can. the built up of oils from both your hair and skin may contribute to breakouts
loads of water… I SWEAR ON THIS! you may be sick of this advice, but it really is good for your skin. can help ‘flush out’ the ‘toxins’
for some, dairy and sugar can cause acne (for me dairy does)
some yummy (as healthy as I can) foods i ate today
☆ breakfast was a smoothie: 1/2 cup mixed berries, 1 handful of spinach, 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, ice cubes for a thick and creamy smoothie (140cals, 7.5g protein)
☆ lunch was some sushi and raspberry Arizona Tea (500cals, 45g protein)
☆ snack was some soy milk and strawberries (110cals, 9.3g protein)
☆ dinner was some homemade food: rice, soy marinated eggs, steamed cabbage (300cals, 15g protein)
an: ITS REALLY TOUGH!!! But the workout itself burns 300cals for me so yay?
20min walk after breakfast, 20min walk after lunch, 20min walk after dinner
now I do full body workouts everyday, and when I’m tired/bored I switch it up with YouTube workouts or lower body or upper body! This workout has stretches, shoulder and arms, abs and back, glutes and legs! Also cardio!

Study Bunny is an app that helps you set a stopwatch/pomodoro, and as an award, you’ll receive carrots/coins! Using these carrots, you can feed the bunny, and the coins can be used to purchase food and clothes for the bunny. I’d rate it a 7.5/10, but I think it’s simply because there’s too many ads.
YPT (Yeolpumta) is an app where you can use a stopwatch/use a pomodoro timer. What’s even better is that there’s other functions such as groups, rankings, to-do list, and planners that show how long you studied each subject for. Not only that, it’s ad-free and you can change the theme! 10/10 hehe
Study Time with Rain is absolutely adorable, you can’t change my mind. Stopwatch, Pomodoro and planner functions as well. Not only that, it has an adorable ghost, where if you tap on it, it’ll show you your goal. And if you enjoy white noise, or you want in-app music, this is a great choice. Some are: rain, library, fireplace, city, jungle, cooking, vegetable peeling (trust me this is good), jazz and classics as well!!! 10/10 but since it’s so cute, 15/10!!!
just like the photo above, go out with a friend (or by yourself!): enjoying a pretty treat or meal in a cute place is always lovely!!!
start a mini garden: it can be in your room or just around the house, plus plants can have benefits and flowers are pretty! for example, rosemary smells good, can be used when cooking, and pansies are beautiful, and can be eaten
bake/cook!: watch or read a recipe, and try it out. it can be something new, but make something you’ll enjoy eating
take a walk or hike: this can be everywhere, in a garden, park, or just in your neighbourhood
read/watch a series: reading is good for you! plus, it’s always fun to read a book, then watch a movie/series based on it!
do something creative like drawing, painting, writing, dancing, singing or play an instrument
sewing/knitting/crocheting: are all fun and useful. when it comes to sewing, you can repair old clothes, or stitch on pretty designs. and maybe make yourself a scarf or keychain on the go!
yoga/pilates: these can help you relax, and tone your body
try a new sports: something like swimming, cycling, running if you want to do an individual sports, or something like tennis, badminton or basketball is good too!! sports can be enjoyed with friends and family or even with strangers
journal: this may sound boring, but you can always decorate your page with cute stickers, photos, memorabilia and even more!
study: this is most definitely boring but you’re grades will thank you someday
clean/organise: this will help put together any messy parts of your life, plus it can be considered as exercise(?)!!!
puzzles/games: puzzles and crossword puzzles and sudoku are some activities you can enjoy, at home and even outside! you can also do things like colouring or mystery games
self care/pampering: this is so fun, and you can take care of yourself on the go! do a face mask, hair mask, exfoliate your body, do your nails… there’s so much more
shopping: hehe this can be considered a form of exercise(?) and it’s fun! online shopping is great, but going out is even better! buy some stuff for yourself, and make sure to treat yourself to a treat and drink midway!
First, wash with lukewarm water, and lather up some soap. Make sure to massage your hand as it goes, this should be really relaxing!! Wash off and dry.
Use a moisturising cream/lotion/oil (or oil then cream/lotion) on your hands. Add some more on your cuticles, then push them back (optional)! If you wish, clip or file your nails, but be careful- are they are more prone to breakage when wet.
something changed inside of me when I woke up early, stretched, worked out, had tea and breakfast, studied, had lunch and studied even more, finished studying and started reading, dinner, took an everything shower, read a book/go through social media with nice music, did my nails and skincare routine
i just wanna have a million+ dollars and donate what I can, live in a big cosy mansion with the biggest garden, library, swimming pool, gym, eat fruits and healthy, and drink tea as I chill
doing anything while listening to malice mizer makes me feel so under-deserving of my hearing because their music is so ethereal. no like cause why did i have the best shit ever while listening to le ciel? (^ー^)
