Something about genetics in heros and hi-jynx. Some people look like angels and demons but they aren't actually demon/angels. They are actually mutations of already existing mutations like the demon genetic is a mutated goat and angel genetics is mutated Avian genetics.

In other words- here is plum shaving her beard due to goat genetics. Not everyone grows it but it's pretty common for goat women to grow a beard. She shaves it because the feeling of facial hair sucks ass
