I can see both the Lanying and the Li in Lifen you have a gift. Also Ajax lowkey looks like an equalist.

shapeshifting is the best super power because you can have any haircut any time you want, you can turn into a hotter version of yourself, you can turn into a dragon, you can turn into a robot, you can turn into a shambling mound of abstract shapes and sulk outside your estranged father’s house at night while chanting ominously about his sins,

Alternate Malfean Anima Banner

So

About Anima banners. 

They should be the prime component of the Caste that is makes them utterly unique; Eclipse’s sanctify oaths, Terrestrials damage their enemies, Lunars do Lunar stuff.

But Infernals? I’m not satisfied with the current Malfean power. At least not the iconic state power. So let’s analyse this;

- Malfeas is Over the Top. 

- He is Not Subtle

- He is Angry All the Time

- He deals in Widespread Slaughter

- He has No Mercy

- His hate is Omnidirectional

So I’ve designed a power to match.

When the Slayers Anima reaches the 16+ stage, their banner vanishes for a number of ticks equal to the Slayers Essence, giving those nearby exactly enough time to experience fear, regret and despair in that order.

And then all Hell breaks lose.

The Anima explodes in a fearful display of primordial wrath. A sizzling dome of essence, or furious hundred handed giant, or flock of screaming stymphalian fowl, regardless, the ensuing blast deals the Slayers Essence in automatic, unblockable, undodgeable Lethal damage to everything within the Slayers Essence + Limit X 10 yards. This damage ignores armor but can be soaked by Stamina.

The Slayer cannot utilize this effect more than once per scene.
