The glaze on the inside and outside of the Jug has developed cracks which when the Water is added causes the darker red clay under the white glaze to absorb the water. This in turn makes the Jug âSweatâ or âBleedâ. But it also compromises the integrity of the Jug as the Clay inside is becoming soggy as it absorbs the water. Itâs also a breeding ground for Bacteria and Mold as the Clay canât properly dry inside the glaze.
So itâs either going to fall apart and shatter into a bizillion little pieces.
Or itâs going to become a rancid smelling object that would Poison anything that Drinks/Absorbs the water put inside it.
So itâs cursed

voicing solidarity with the sudanese people is a very good thing but even if for once calling elected officials in the US wasnât largely useless what are you trying to accomplish by getting the US government involved in sudan?
even just expressing support for the message of george clooneyâs letter is extremely misguided when considering him and the organization he wrote it for, the enough project, support the US taking measures such as these according to their website:

After regaining leverage for future negotiations, the United States should help facilitate a revitalized peace process that is both comprehensive and inclusive.
the united states should have no place in deciding what should happen to sudan, and the idea that the united states will do anything in the interest of the sudanese people and not due to US business interests is laughable considering the united statesâs long history of imperialist intervention and how this tactic of justifying imperialism through supposed humanitarian interest has played out time and time again.
US intervention in an oil rich north african country should never be supported and has never done good. the sudanese people need international solidarity, but calling for US involvement will only work towards accomplishing further atrocities and bringing them further from their goal of self-determination of the sudanese people.
the united states government and multinational corporations are trying to hijack this actual grassroots movement for their own interests, and we canât enable that and must be aware of the motivations of what we see spread on western news and social media
many of the actual grassroots organizers fighting in the protests are members of the sudanese communist party, which of course the united states would never allow to continue despite them being part of a coalition with popular support.
here is a letter written by the sudanese communist party on how they view what is happening, i also would recommend following their facebook page for more updates
and here is a blog post with more information compiled than i have put together in this reblog, we can never allow ourselves to talk of US involvement in world events without remembering the reality of how the united states continues to exist through the exploitation of imperialized peoples abroad, it is extremely irresponsible to forget that in our actions and in what we support
