HELP AN ELDERLY FATHER!

my friend’s dad suffered a car accident a long time ago, he went through surgery, he didn’t have easy access to doctors that time, his situation is the worst and now his leg will be amputated, he will go through surgery soon and they need help!

i’m not going to post pictures of his leg on here because it looks terrible, it’s a sensitive image, but for proofs, i’ll link it. please, be careful. (it’s a screenshot of a video she sent to me) / picture / he’s going to need wheelchairs, crutch and money for medicine also.
