Would be rick actually. Steve would have a difficult childbirth, rick doesn't even know how the baby was dropped down from his body. Alcohol Syndrome may not even affect the baby at all. That's why he's more likely to get pregnant. But Jon is the most motherly, the most like a mother to children

we have to clear up some things first for this to be an even poll

is the scenario that all of them are giving birth to a child, and we are meant to judge their survival rates there? chris would clearly be at higher risk than the others because i mean look at him

or is there no such scenario and we are just thinking about how likely it is that their cause of death be childbirth? jon would be more likely to die in childbirth, because he would be giving birth to more children. he would be getting pregnant all the time and even if you are a strong healthy person, that makes you have an objectively higher likelihood of dying in childbirth compared to someone who gives birth less. chris, in this scenario, is less likely because he would get a c-section

as demonstrated, the question asked changes the answer dramatically. however, even if we ask both, the answer is clear. because there is one person who is not only weak of body, but would also insist on having completely natural un-interfered-with birth, and do it many times.
