But I do want to point out something I find weird.

The whole reason Crowley is mad about Aziraphale is because Aziraphale choose heaven (which is really, Aziraphale choosing to make earth better for people. And crowley knows it, just doesn't believe in it) over "them", but then he does the same thing.

A lot of conversations about "us" for then to not choose it eventually. And honestly I'm just mostly frustrated because after last season, I really believed this one would be more romantic (since I thought it was a buildup). But no, it wasn't really.

I'm actually upset.

Heated Rivalry is not even that explicit

This show's image is "basically gay porn", and that's how it's classifies in interviews, articles and the media.

Beside the fact that some of the show's most beautiful aspects are being overlooked because of that (the great acting and directing, the actual love story and the characters), I don't think Heated Rivalry has done something revolutionary when it comes to gay sex on TV. It just reached a larger audience.

People are overexaggerating.

This would not be perceived as "porn" if it was about a straight couple. Perhaps it awakened something in people , and that's why it created such a buzz around the spicy scenes. But I really don't appreciate how the intimate aspect of the show is being treated by the media.
