In the age of constant advertisment,social media has influenced and normalized overconsumption.From binge-watching TV shows to impulse buying,we are surrounded by the endless opportunities to consume.Does this have an effect psychologically?
What is overconsumption?
Oveconsumption is the excessive use or or purchase of goods, services, or media beyond what we need.It also involves overeating,doom scrolling,etc.Overconsumption is a short-term pleasure that leads to long-term negative consequences.

4.Set rules:
Limit screen time, social media use, or shopping sprees. Create rules that help you consume in moderation.
