I love characters who are like "I'm a terrible person" but when you look closer it's more like

"I adapted to survive something and now I don't know how to stop being that version of myself."

Noramlly I put Irratino through the emotional wringer, but this time he's getting some physical torment. (Literally, CW: physical torture)

“Alright, that’s it!” He grabbed the back of the chair and yanked it down, leaving Irratino in a lying position, his back bent awkwardly as his arms and feet stayed tied in place. The man held a bottle over Irratino’s face. “If you ever want to <i>see</i> your partner again, you’ll tell us how to open it!”

But if he did that, they would kill his partner. And then Irratino wouldn’t get to do anything with him ever again. So he resolutely kept his mouth shut. 

“Have it your way. Hold his eyes open.” The other two grabbed Irratino’s head, thick fingers forcing his eyelids apart. The last thing he saw was a thick white liquid dripping from the bottle above.

Full fic on Archive “Are you sure that I can’t help pay for this evening?” Irratino asked. Logico gave him a look. “You know I have to offer, darling.”

“And I have to refuse.” Logico held an arm out.

“Of course. That’s how we work.”

Irratino smiled and wrapped his own arm around Logico’s, letting him lead him past the line of waiting patrons.

“My boyfriend got us reservations,” he said to the others, stroking Logico’s arm. Such a show-off. Logico had to chuckle. For as awkward as it was, he did kind of like being showed off. When Irratino talked about Logico with such pride, bragged about him, it made Logico feel good. Important. Loved.

Irratino gives Logico lots of flowers Logico does not know what to do with them and actually gets kinda sad when they die (because that's a gift from his boyfriend 😭) ERGO Logico def. knows how to press flowers and has an entire bookshelf full of them.

Very important question: I'm working on a proposal fic and I need to know- what kind of flower do y'all think Irratino picked up in Vol 1 thinking it would be perfect for Logico? (I'd look up the specific case but the book is on the other side of the room and I'm too tired to get up 🤣)

no you know what would be cool tho? If Scamazon got an entirely different set of people to play the charcters each episode. Not just the boyos, but everyone. Just put the right hat on them/a pin or something with their icon and we'll know who they are. Because other than hair/eyes/height, we don't have any canon. So...why make one at all??? 👀👀👀

Logico and Irratino as part of @annathehankindraconia’s Draw A Thon. I think (for now) these are my finalised designs for the two, and what I’ll be referring to as my baseline canon.

No suspects this go around, I’m at work drawing these and I got taken off tills so drawing is harder

Murdle! The Musical

(I have no musical talent whatsoever so I'm throwing this into the void and hoping someone can do something with it idk) Vol 1 spoilers and what not within

Act 1 - Chapters 1 and 2 Opening song - The Leads - A rapid-fire style song going through the first handful of cases in volume 1. 100% there needs to be the actor that plays Irratino in plain clothes in the background doing stalkery/hinting shenanigans. Like, hidden but not subtle you feel? Ends with Logico wining the Bookie Song 2 - The Trial of Dame Obsidian - A kind of song-battle between Logico and Obsidian, starting with Logico getting the first note, ending in her death but then a little trill a lil (totally a musical term right?) of Logico finding the second note Song 3 - Bodies in the Woods - A spooooky song about Logico traveling to the Institute and finding all the dead bodies Fun acting part - Investigating Irratino's 'death' (maybe as a song idk) - Making it a true solve along whodunit

Song 4 - Solving Crimes is Better Together - Cute little duet of Logico and Irratino solving cases but it's also 100% them arguing the whole time (but like cute and fun arguing you know)

Song 5 - You Can Go Home Again (but should you?) - Fun little extra expansion on their hometown visits, really showing off their developing relationship and a bit more about eachother's backstory. (but in song)

Song 6 - The Curse of Amaranth Island - Another spoooky one with the victims/murderers of the island cases taking more of the leading role

Song 7 - The Death of Irratino - I don't gotta explain this one it's SAD (and maybe mostly talking style?) Act 2 - Chapters 3 and 4

Song 8 - All He Cares About is Revenge - Another rapid fire song about the cases in chapter 3 but each segment/line has to end in Logico or the chorus saying "All He/I care/s about is revenge" (Irratino actor is also hiding around in the chorus for this song but this time it's much more hidden and I think it would be fun if each performance he had a different location/path for choregography so part of the bit is trying to find him in the crowd)

Song 9 - Into the Archives - IDK how to make it kind of fun but I think we need a full song exploring Logico doing his research at the colllege

Song 10 - The Case of the Mysterious Cave - Intense song of Logico tracking "Mr. Shadow" to the cave ruins and the big reveal dun dun duuuun

Song 11 - Welcome to Hollywood - Logico's introduction to the world of Hollywood, idk how to do it but make it obvious that he's like...faking being really happy and okay when he's ~not~

Song 12 - Are You Looking at the Same Stars? - Sad dramatic love duet of Logico in Hollywood and Irratino in house arrest but both longing/thinking about the other Song 13 - The Death of Other Irratino - Another rapid-fire style song about the rest of the hollywood cases leading up to Logico breaking Irratino out Song 14 - The One Who (didn't) Get Away - Dramatic conclusion/song fight with Midnight and also at the end them being all together/in love
