It took me a bit to get the eyes, I couldn’t quite seem to get the stars in them on paper.

It is lovely, dear, truly. Though I do not recall the last time I ever had such a sparkle of wonder in my eyes, it brings me joy to see it here, etched onto paper. I do love the butterfly and the flowers as well :)

Also I don’t know why, but I always know the meanings behind things in my dreams, and what they are, even if I’ve never seen them before. It’s rather odd, don’t you think?

I suppose it is impossible to not feel happy when walking amongst the flowers, with only the butterflies fluttering about to keep you company, for it is very calming and peaceful. As for your ability to find out the meanings in your dreams, it is an intriguing one, I admit...

Death told me love was a subject to avoid, but *I look down, then back to you*… the butterfly was a sort of blessing from the gods. It had transparent wings to represent trust and clear love. And those flowers were for couples, mostly seen around those who were to be wed or had already been married. The two white spots on the bottom was symbolic of the lovers, and the one on top was to signify their hearts had become one. It was often referred to as the soulmate flower, as it would often grow in the gardens of lovers which would always hold each other dear.

Apologies for rambling, it’s been a while since I’ve talked to someone… *I chuckle nervously, fidgeting with a pencil*

While I do have a raven companion, I do not have the power of tasking corvids to watch over the mortals in the Waking. As for whether or not does Matthew speak to the other ravens during his visits, I do not know, for he rarely speaks of what he does there aside from telling me the results of his search.
