IBM Chef Watson pairings: Yam, almond butter, pumpkin seed, peanut. I put leftover yams with brown sugar, almond butter, peanut butter cookie dough, and pumpkin seeds on whole wheat bread.

IBM Chef Watson pairing: Almond butter, olive, asparagus, raisin. I used dried currants and put everything on cracked wheat bread.
Oatmeal, fresh farmer cheese and its whey, olives, walnuts, kale, and white chocolate chips.

I ate it open face on toasted Dave’s Powerseed (whole wheat) with leftover smoked chicken.

I cooked the lentils with applesauce and garlic,
deglazed the pan with watered down sake and
added spinach, golden raisins, and brassica for a quick minute,
then topped with a slice of leftover stuffed pork tenderloin [mirepoix stuffing].

Cooked some quinoa in water and 100% cranberry juice,
added spinach and tatsoi once the heat was turned off,
then cracked some black pepper over it all.
Serving #2: Added more cranberry juice, chia seed, and Pecorino. This added a ton of flavor, plus some crunchy texture from the chia seed.
And for serving #3: Add some toasted cracked wheat bread to the picture. Or should I say, GIF?
