I'm wondering if I might have ADHD in addition to my diagnosed autism

I already did an adhd diagnosis that came out negative but like still I feel like I might still have it.

Cos like, there's no doubt I have autism, HOWEVER, I also have a complete lack of routine and a general "fuck it we ball" attitude as well as like not being able to concentrate on something unless I find it interesting. Also the urge to procrastinate, doodle or snack whenever I do something boring is so strong.

All those things makes me question the possibility of something more than just autism
