Does IDWTBAMG go on this sideblog, next to other indie animation like TADC and hellaverse? But the main characters being children makes me feel like it belongs on my children’s animation sideblog, next to SU, SPOP, etc… Yeah, in with the children’s cartoons it is. This paragraph in the article about Riley/Zooble's bar is so meaningful to me for two reasons; one, it clearly implies that Leeroy/Jax is the regular arriving at the bar. It's really sweet to see how he's found a friend group that gives him a sense of belonging (and that Riley is the person to unintentionally provide him the space for it).

But his drink of choice fascinates me; The Experiment. In an earlier paragraph, the author describes the story behind it as the following:

Choosing to describe it as a "Ship of Theseus" is very notable, as this philosophical question asks whether a theoretical ship is still the same boat if one of its pieces is replaced by a new one. If not, then it requires one to determine at what point the ship become a new boat (e.g. when most or all pieces are replaced), or instead, if it remains the same boat regardless of what parts it contains. This drink very clearly parallels Zooble's struggle and eventual resolution with their identity. They are still the same person regardless of their arrangement of parts, and this change becomes a means of expressing identity, rather than repressing it.

With that, the second to last sentence of this paragraph reveals a lot about the creator behind the drink and the recipient of it. Riley isn't looking to put a label on something that doesn't have a fixed identity (as their circus self does). But on the other hand, Leeroy is open to this "experimentation" while Jax refused to even entertain the notion of anything other than masculinity.

It reminds me of the conversation Zooble has with Jax in episode seven, where they communicate to him that the ability to change (and not have to commit to one expression) can be freeing. And while Jax refuses this advice, that exact same person has provided Leeroy the opportunity to discover his identity in an accepting environment. There's the hope that one day, she will be able to live the life that Jax never could.

Gooseworx didn't deactivate, she was banned

Recently, you cannot access Gooseworx's blog anymore, and people thought she deactivated her Tumblr. However, she was actually banned. When someone deactivates their main blog, a string of numbers and letters is attached to their username: "-deactivated[year][month][day]"

When you look at posts made by Gooseworx, there's no "deactivated" and no numbers

Some speculate that this might have been a sideblog, since there's no "deactivated" string if you delete a sideblog, but it was her main blog. You can't use sideblogs to like posts. If you search "Gooseworx liked this" on google, you will find proof ithat she liked multiple Tumblr posts.

All of this adds up to one thing: Gooseworx was banned from Tumblr. And why? Gooseworx is a trans woman, and Tumblr staff hates trans women and bans them for no reason, and also, there is an ongoing harassment campaign against Gooseworx, so I bet they must have mass-reported her blog and gotten her banned. Fuck the "tadc critical" community, anyone in the "anti tadc" or "anti gooseworx" tags is NOT to be trusted!!!!!! They weaponized staff's transmisogyny to ban a successful trans woman off the platform all because the show didn't end the way they wanted it to.
