ALL THE VEGGIES! Food is a really important part of so may people's lives, whether it's pure indulgence and unconditional love to having to follow a special diet for health reasons, one thing's clear - we all love food! I'll be writing quite a bit about nutrition and foods that I believe are essential for exceptional health. Tonight I've made a Thai inspired curry paste with white onion, garlic, ginger, fresh coriander, lemongrass, coriander seeds, five spice, black pepper and fresh lime juice - blended all together for pure perfection! This homemade paste will be the base for a vegetarian/vegan coconut curry containing the vegetables pictured and served with brown rice. It's really important to be aware of what we're putting into our bodies and fully appreciate fresh, wholesome, hand made food. Bon appetite!
